I purchased a second-hand Tesla Model S from Synergy Motors and am very happy with the experience. Simal, the person I dealt with at Synergy Motors through both phone calls and email, was very polite, helpful and an absolute pleasure. He is extremely knowledgeable about EVs and was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle, including some of the more esoteric that I’d dug up from internet forums. When it came to viewing the car prior to purchase, Simal was very accommodating and flexible with us as we had to travel up from the South coast and could not give precise times due to work. Purchasing was a simple matter and we found the entire process was extremely efficient and most impressive. Would I purchase another car from Synergy Motors? Yes. A very painless process, not the usual stressful and pressured experience. I met with Simal when I went to view a Tesla, and he was fantastic. Simal was open, straight talking and very thorough. I have just purchased my second car here, a Tesla. I am absolutely over the moon with the car, but then again what is not to love about a Tesla?! Its pristine and very enjoyable to drive. Earlier in the year, I contacted Synergy Motors after a extensive online search for a new car. I was sure of what I wanted, I just needed to find the one that ticked all the boxes for me. I was looking for a specific interior, low mileage, mechanically sound and great condition, cosmetically. I had never purchased a car online before and If I'm totally honest, I wasn't best pleased about doing so - however, it all worked out perfectly and I needn't have worried. Simal, the salesman, was very good, he was helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I had to put all my trust into this dealership and Simal made me feel confident in doing so. I was blown away when the car arrived, it was not in great condition, it was immaculate. It arrived better than described and extremely clean better than I ever expected. Its a great car and I'm enjoying it very much. I am still learning all the technical bits and bobs, but found some of the features extremely helpful, especially having the internet to hand in the car. I hope this car does me a fair few years now, but if/when I am ready to change I will visit Synergy Motors for sure.
