I travelled from Glasgow to Tanyard Motors with the view to buying a car from them. A few days previously I had bank transferred a holding deposit on the car. Rashid had also provided all the information I had asked for such as actual registration number , number of previous owners etc. He was very open and honest. When I got there the car was as described if not better. I was given full access to all the paperwork they had on the vehicle. Unfortunately due to financial constraints I never completed the deal. Both Omar and Rashid were very understanding and returned my deposit immediately. I don't know why others had a different experience with them but I found them very decent, open, honest, and pleasant to deal with.

Phoned up Tanyard Motors on Saturday delivered 270 miles on Tuesday took my car as px , I’ve had dealings with dealers before and Omar and team were excellent , so easy to deal with as I’m sometimes over cautious, but this purchase was easy , there very personable and patient car was excellent , can’t say enough brilliant highly recommend.
I came to see my Audi S4 three times before I bought it from Tanyard Motors, I called up out of hours with queries which would get answered even then. The guys here are calm and patient and very welcoming making the car buying experience a pleasure cannot fault

Just bought a X5 of these lads, the car was as described even when they was a fault with the door lock I called back and they asked to bring the car back and sorted it for me there and then cannot recommend enough. Regards Arthur

I bought an black Audi SQ5 from these awful garage ref RE66XGG found out from Worcester Audi that the car has been mapped so demanded my money back ! I did have to get my solicitors on to it as they were not answering my calls after 2weeks I got it all back but I feel soo sorry for the person who is going to buy this next as it has NO warranty ,awful people to deal with I never want to go through that experience again .
Bought a car here and all was fine. After I picked it up I had a text message from my new insurance asking me to phone them and report the accident that happened on the 10th October which is when I picked up the car. Long story short they had some sort of accident which chipped my mirror before I even fully owned the car and before my insurance was in place. They did not co-operate and my insurance compan said when they tried to ring tanyard motors the people there had atrocious language and arguments so my isnruance didnt deal with them. When I rang tanyard motors they told me to come down there and THREATENED TO ATTACK ME. Worst service I have ever received.

I’ve had a similar experience. After finding a fault on Car I bought they became very rude and abusive.

They are not trustworthy they haven't transferred the ownership of my old vehicle and refuse to help. DO NOT BUY FROM TANYARD MOTORS.

Hi We apologise if you haven't received confirmation from DVLA the your old car has been sold to us but DVLA do take a few weeks to process the documents and once we send the paperwork off it's out of our control.
