Overall I am very pleased with the service I received from the team at Targa Florio. Whilst I had some concerns over a delay in getting a receipt and initially being advised there wasn't a V5, the open and approachable nature of Tom, William and Rob helped put my mind at ease. When I first went down, the car was ready for me to view and beautifully presented. An issue noticed on the hood was fixed, and they were good about doing test runs. I would look to go back to them again and recommend them to others.

I am happy with the car so far. It has been running well. I do have a little bit of squeaking and some other minor issues. However, I am not too concerned and hopefully will be able to get this sorted. In regard to the customer service from the dealership, it was all very straightforward and simple, just what I expected for this type of transaction. Very easy and simple.

I got the car delivered. The whole process was done within a few days, it was all really quick, very straightforward. The communication throughout the whole process was on point. I am so pleased with my new BMW, it is the best car I have ever had. Thank you to the guys for making it such a smooth process.

I would rate it as 5 (best). Excellent service from the start. Personable, knowledgeable and courteous staff. They made buying the car a pleasure and I would highly recommend them.

I'm really enjoying the car so far. One downside was I couldn't test drive because I wasn't 25, so my dad took it for a test drive instead. It was honestly a brilliant experience.

The service was really good when I bought from Targa Florio, I can't fault them. I dealt with Tom who was polite and answered any questions, even arranged a video call to show me around the car. In the future if they had in what I was looking for, I would buy again.

The experience was very good. It's a good car, it's as expected. One thing they could improve is to make sure the cars are clean on pickup. They are nice people - they answer any questions that I had.
