The car is great and I am very pleased with it. I have already given it the ultimate test by driving it up to Scotland. It was a very smooth drive and no issues came up on the journey. I did have some initial problems, but Targa Florio paid for these to be sorted at BMW for me and gave me a six-month warranty, which was nice to have for some peace of mind and reassurance that I am covered. So overall, it was a good experience.

Purchased my dream car from the team at Targa Florio, and the service was brilliant. The sale went smoothly, collected same day which made for a lovely drive home.

When I first bought the car, it was sold to me with some faults, so I had to take it back to get fixed. The staff really took responsibility and sorted everything for me quickly and efficiently, and everything has been running perfectly since. For that after-sales service, I was really pleased. However, it did take away from the experience that the car was sold in that condition in the first place. It was things like the air conditioning and the AdBlue not working, and I felt that if more thorough checks had been done beforehand, it would have saved a lot of time for both me and the dealership. I feel it is fair to give a 3 out of 5 for this experience. I just think there is room for improvement when initially selling the vehicles, but I cannot ignore how great they were at sorting everything out and making sure I was happy with the condition of the vehicle once it was fixed.

Overall I am very pleased with the service I received from the team at Targa Florio. Whilst I had some concerns over a delay in getting a receipt and initially being advised there wasn't a V5, the open and approachable nature of Tom, William and Rob helped put my mind at ease. When I first went down, the car was ready for me to view and beautifully presented. An issue noticed on the hood was fixed, and they were good about doing test runs. I would look to go back to them again and recommend them to others.

I am happy with the car so far. It has been running well. I do have a little bit of squeaking and some other minor issues. However, I am not too concerned and hopefully will be able to get this sorted. In regard to the customer service from the dealership, it was all very straightforward and simple, just what I expected for this type of transaction. Very easy and simple.

I got the car delivered. The whole process was done within a few days, it was all really quick, very straightforward. The communication throughout the whole process was on point. I am so pleased with my new BMW, it is the best car I have ever had. Thank you to the guys for making it such a smooth process.

I would rate it as 5 (best). Excellent service from the start. Personable, knowledgeable and courteous staff. They made buying the car a pleasure and I would highly recommend them.

I'm really enjoying the car so far. One downside was I couldn't test drive because I wasn't 25, so my dad took it for a test drive instead. It was honestly a brilliant experience.
