I recently bought a car from Tay Cars, good deal, easy to deal with,will be back, got 12 months mot & 3 months warranty, all for £995 thanks guys.

Never had any problems with them,car had a slight problem, they took it in & even gave me a courtesy car,got it back,it wasent covered under the warranty,but there was no charge,great service

I was apprehensive about buying from this garage due to these silly little reviews. It put me off slightly, however we have had our little car 6 months now. YES i did have to call 3 weeks about a noise coming from the back of the car, but it was rectified. They sell there cars with a 1 month warranty. I think people think they are buying brand new cars from these garages. If you want a brand new car then go to a big dealer. These small local garages, most of them have been around for many years. For every negative review online, think how many happy customers they have. Social media and these forums wreck local small businesses. I for one, are happy with my purchase. What do people expect for incase my case £995??? Yes i had to spend a little money here and there but i was not naive when buying the car in the first place. many cars on there webiste are less than £3000!! I feel these reviews have been exaggerated.

Please please please do not buy from Tay Cars they are the most unhelpful unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their made up excuses, stories and "updates" are utterly unbelievable! The owner is clearly a ghost in the business as he was never available to speak with. We were sold a car not fit for purpose which we had for a total of 3 days Taycars had it for the rest of the time (4 weeks) for "repair" apparently the car couldn't be fixed and I could chose another at my own cost! In the end we recieved a full refund but were left without transport ! Not only that we have been asked for the V5 for the faulty car as they need it to sell the car!!!!!! Do not buy from them unless you want a month of misery and poor excuses like I have.

Do Not Buy from tay cars. I was sold a death trap and they never took any responsibility. The car i got was far from safe! The brakes don't work properly they slow the car but don't bring it to a stop on a steep hill. The Steering rack is leaking . Loud and very heavy steering wheel. Windows don't go up or down. horn not working The list goes on.
