I was dealing with the sales advisors Eliot and Richard and they have been great. We have had some little niggles but I can not tell you how much I appreciate all of their efforts they have made to get it sorted, the moment I told them, they were on it. I have been to Taylor Motor group twice now for cars. Elliot was the Rep that looked after us both times and I can honestly say that he is superb. He has all the answers to any questions we had, and he is just a genuine man. This time we opted to buy a Nissan Juke. Really reliable car so far and we are really enjoying the driving experience it provides.

A trailer was sent to collect our old car that we part exchanged in and the new car was even delivered to our drive.
