When I got to Taylor Motor Group I was greeted by Elliot. Elliot was the sales rep that looked after us during the process of buying the BMW 1 series. We didn’t feel pressured into buying a car whilst we were asking questions about it and Elliot was super helpful. The car has no issues at all and it was in immaculate condition when we picked it up. I think it is important that a car is sold as its advertised and in my case the car was perfect.

I would use Taylor Motor Group again, there is no reason not to! The salesman, Elliot was great! He handled everything swiftly and with expertise. I have been getting on really well with the Skoda Roomster thus far.

I have been coming to Taylor Motor Group for YEARS! This is my got to dealership because they take amazing care of me every time! There is nothing I could have wanted Taylor Motor Group to improve upon! I hadn't used them before but they had a Fiesta available that ticked the boxes for me. It was the right price etc. When I visited Taylor Motor Group in person I felt really comfortable and at ease, there wasn't any hard selling. I think the name of the salesman I dealt with was Elliot who was very polite and helpful.

To be honest with you I found Jordan at Taylor Motor Group to be extremely helpful. He was really clued up on the Mazda and answered all my questions knowledgeably. I am really enjoying the Mazda it is a very comfortable drive and is seeming to be just as described.

Have had such a great experience from Elliott and his team. Had slight issue but dealt with in such wonderful friendly manner. I can not express how this company completely removed stigma associated with car sales people it was more than just sell a car . The outcome is I have a team that I know I can trust to their word.
