Bought a VW Golf GTi as a used car in beginning of November. Car developed an unknown issue when travelling the 3 hours back home. Issue was a clutch failure. To be clear, issue was not evident on the test drive. I phoned Tony at TC Harrison (I dealt with Tony Mahan from the first communications and right through the sales process) and there was no messing about. He advised taking the car direct to VW for inspection - a good first impression rather than taking it to Joe Bloggs Motors… The car ultimately required a complete clutch assembly resulting in a £2.5k bill from VW Tony and also Dan Crump (manager) were brilliant. They authorised the repairs without question. I was unlucky with my incident but when the chips were down, and a big bill loomed, there was no trying to get out of paying. They put customer first-great after sales service. Tony gets a special mention-professional, friendly and very likeable Would I recommend this garage? Yes Would I buy from them again? Yes

All the staff were extremely professional and friendly. A special mention to Harvey Wilson. From the start Harvey guided us through our choice of car and was very knowledgeable and informative. Down right shocking this has been my 3rd nee car brought from tch in derby and safe to say will be my last!! Deal went ok until collection rear mud flaps weren’t fitted even tho asked said they would post out as he didn’t mind fitting them myself only to have the rear wind deflectors cone off on The drive home damaging the car 40 miles on the clock and damaged due to the Incompetent staff also on better inspection the drivers front want fitter correctly and the passengers front was broke with a section missing Went back to have new deflectors fitted and damage repaired only to have it rejected due to bad workmanship 2 weeks had car only to pick it up without rear mud flaps fitted and promised a free service this was to be sent out in a letter for me to show when bringing back for the service Over a month has passed and had no mud flaps posted or letter regarding the service Will be my last car from tch at derby and maybe ford

We bought a 10 month old Ford Focus with only 260 miles on it and straight away when braking it was making a thumping noise from rear brakes, spoke to sales guy who assured us he would get service to contact us 3 weeks on still no contact so we got it booked it ourself, only to be told this is how the ford focus with electric hand brake is and they are all the same, i insisted it can be felt through the brake pedal, and its my opinion that because the car had been stood 10 months before we bought it the discs had rusted badly so we are now having to take it to another ford Garage to sort it out only left 1 star as i cant leave none

Purchased a car from T C Harrison on 13.10.2020. Richard was my contact and handled everything very professionally and efficently . I would recommend a visit to this car salesroom if you are looking to purchase. I know if I require a car in the future I will be going back.
