Bought A3 from Audi Teeside. Start Stop didn’t work from day 1. Advised by other garages would be the battery as no fault codes. Audi Teeside charged battery overnight and tested. Obviously battery was ok. Start stop still doesn’t work. Audi Teeside kept on trying to sell me a new Battery and fit it for free?? Why if the Battery you tested is ok?? I would like the Start Stop to work as advertised in the vehicle description. Started Complaints Procedure, still waiting to hear back but not very hopeful. Very disappointed

Bought my car 3 months ago. Fault lights appeared on the dash on the way home form picking it up. Now 3 months later , they have eventually collected the car to repair - there are significant faults - the car should have never left the garage - not fit for sale. The customer service is horrendous - no communication , no one rings back. I am furious. I will be launching a formal complaint and expect to be suitably compensated.

Bought a brand new a3 sport back Audi, with the first month had issues at low speed with out warning cut out, took to Audi teeside who could not find a issue,then it happened to them ,still could not find a issue ,their then told me their contacted Audi and was promised 100per cent guaranteed fixed. Whilst turning across a busy a road it cut out with out warning ,thus now dangerous ,contacted them and got them to pick up, keep stating nothing found and started to infer stalling,also after two weeks no feed back and had to chase them down still waiting for a reply to the issue and rejection letter .advice never buy with cash and seek legal advice asap when dealing with issues, look for a different dealet

went go get a test drive of a new a3 the first time a car was available but they said they had no salesman available . so i booked an appointment for the next day. when i arrived the car was not there. A car dealership that does not want to sell cars !!!! both salesman i spoke to seemed lazy and dismissive that they wasted my time If you are looking to buy a new car i would try another dealership

Great customer service and advice given by Max today at Teeside Audi, very patient and helpful couldn’t of asked for more
Put car in to diagnose an issue . They pointed out loads of minor things ( and a serious one thank god) . But didn't diagnose the issue that I put it in for . Sole reason it went in and I payed £150 ( like mad amount just to have a diagnosis) and I now have car back with inner roof lining pulled off and not replaced , and boot no longer opening on fob ( I suspect it's the battery being low tbf)
