The salesman I dealt with was Serkan Ulgen. He was helpful and amicable, making the whole process a lot smoother than it otherwise could have been. For any issues or questions that I brought up, they were swiftly solved. There was a deal of paperwork involved, and Serkan took me through it quickly and efficiently. I was even allowed to choose my own number plate on my car (which is amazing!). He did a great job. The car was spotless and shiny when I got it, and there are zero issues with it. Serkan showed me my new car and explained how parts worked that I wasn't sure about. My only criticism would be that I felt that I was not being informed of all of my options, as there is a degree of negotiation involved. I think there was potential for me to get a better deal (though I am not complaining about the one that I got), and that I could have been guided through this side of the process better. Overall I would recommend this dealership.
