Everything ran like clock work at Thames Valley Cars, Tim was brilliant, he's a nice chap and looked after me during my time when buying my BMW. From first contact to taking the car home it was a smooth run, everything moved pretty efficiently and quick. Tim picked me up from the train station as I had to travel quite the way to collect the car, he really went the extra mile which was highly appreciated, I've never had a salesman go above and beyond like he did. I can't fault Thames Valley what so ever! Highly recommended.

I received a high level of customer care, from start to finish the whole process was brilliant. The guys at the dealership explained everything about the car, answered all questions we had and even give the car its own little service before we took the it away! I was offered a test drive of the car and there was no rush to get the car back, I got a good feel for it and decided it was the one for me. Tim and Kevin are absolutely brilliant!! Brilliant salesmen with lots about, they are great at what they do and very passionate! When I was purchasing my Kia Sportage the customer service was first class, the guys were so helpful. Both of the gentlemen gave me really good advice throughout my whole experience, and they made sure all the documents and details were arranged prior to avoid any delays on collection. On my visit to see the car my dad came with me and we took the car for a test drive, Tim and Kevin gave us a little route on a map that we could follow which was sooo helpful. We experienced no hard sell what so ever during the purchase and no pressure was put on at any time. I have no issue with this dealership therefor I would 100% come back and purchase my next car and I recommend to anyone who is reading this!

We're now 10 months down the line and my car is driving as good as new. I purchased my Toyota Auris from Thames Valley Cars and since then I've never looked back. I part Ex'd my old car and away we were with the new car, it was that easy. I've had no issues along the way, I highly recommend.
