We recently used Thames Valley Cars to upgrade our car, after learning our family was growing with another baby expected. We wanted to upgrade to something spacious and big enough to fit the pram, car seat and all the other many things you need for a new born. We decided on a Kia Sportage and very pleased we did, the car is perfect for us, has a big enough boot and is a comfortable drive. The customer service was brilliant, very smooth and easy it was all done within couple of days!! I traded my car in for a great price and again a super smooth transaction of details and documents. I actually had a slight issue with the car initially but the dealer was so helpful with it. Luckily it was still under manufactures warranty so was all sorted at the main dealer straight away. Couldn't of been a better service and I couldn't be happier with the new car for our family 😊

Lovely people to deal with I was so happy with how the whole thing panned out. I spoke to Tim he was really really helpful and kind. I had lots of questions and he answer everything and still said 'is there anything else you need to know' 'anything else I can do for you?' Very friendly people and they work very quickly (without rushing). They work hard and are highly knowledgeable on the stock they hold, all questions were answered. I found the price was very fair and the car for its age and mileage is in fantastic condition, just as they described. Its driving well and very smooth. Would I buy another car from here? Yes. Really good guys here, helpful and friendly service and lovely range of stock ranging in prices to suit everybody. I bought an automatic Yaris and the car is fantastic. Its very fuel effifecent and low cost to maintain, so over-all I'm very pleased.
