I can't complain, Tim was great when I was buying my Kia Sportage. It has done me well the last few months and has not let me down once. I would recommend them.

Safe to say, the service at Thames Valley Motors Cars is second to none. Throughout the purchase of my Fiesta, they were nothing but brilliant. Having gone to the dealership a few times to have a look around, every time I visited I was met with the same super friendly service, asking me all the right questions about what I was looking for and what my requirements would be. They really did seem to care about finding the right car for me. However, this time I came with my mind firmly set on getting the Fiesta ST. The process was super simple, and before I knew it, I was driving home in the car. Overall, I am a very happy customer. I truly believe that what makes this dealership special is that every time I went there, I was met with the same exceptional customer service, and the dealership itself was maintained to a high standard. They have really set the bar on how I will view dealerships from now on.

What can I say about Thames Valley cars, I guess first and foremost, thank you for the great car, really am loving my BMW 1 series, one of the best things I've purchased, I decided to get the car based on 3 main factors, the price, the mileage and finally just how great the car looked. After purchasing my Citroen Picasso from Thames Valley Cars, I just wanted to say a big thank you, for being so Friendly, informative and knowledge really helped me make my choice when choosing, the car, and feel at ease knowing I was dealing with the professionals.  We were in dire need of a family car  due to the expansion of our little family, and we had driven past Thames Valley cars previously, so when we saw the perfect car for us, a Ford Zetec,  listed on Autotrader at Thames Valley, we knew we had to go down and have a look around the car. On arrival, we were met by Tim, who was fantastic and showed us around the car and gave us some space to allow us to make our own judgement on the car. The boot was perfect for the pram, so we couldn't really fault the car in regards to practicality, spaciousness, and overall comfort. This, combined with such a simple sales process, just made the buying experience fantastic. We really didn't feel under any pressure to make a decision, so in the end, we ended up buying the car, which has been brilliant. We have not had a single fault with the car in 9 months. If we ever do need another car, we will most definitely be coming back for our next. Thanks once again. 

Everything is going great with my Peugeot 208. I was just in need of a reliable car to get me by with  daily life and came across the 208 on Autotrader, so I saw the price, low mileage, and the location was just around the corner. I knew this was too good of an opportunity to miss out on, so I arranged to go and see the car at Thames Valley Motors, and the car was exactly as described. The salesman Tim was friendly and positive and gave me all the information needed. The best part was that when I was leaving after agreeing to purchase the car, I didn't have that nagging feeling like I should have asked more questions or was this the right decision. The customer service was really brilliant. 

Everything is going well with my VW Tiguan. It just goes to show the reliability and quality of the cars from Thames Valley Cars, as I bought the car in May and have yet to come across any major issues. We had originally decided to get the VW Tiguan based on its reliability and performance, and it really hasn't let us down. The dealerships on the day were brilliant, and we ended up having  to decide between the two Tiguan's that were there and ended up going for the one with the slightly lower mileage, but overall the customer experience was brilliant. The dealership was super easy to find, the car checked all the boxes, and there was very professional service from start to finish, so there was really nothing for me to pick at or fault, just a brilliant dealership selling quality motors. 

I was extremely happy with the service Thames Valley Cars gave me. In fact, it is one of the very few occasions that I leave a 5-star rating. If I were interested in another second-hand car, I would most definitely be looking on the Thames Valley Cars website again. Thank you 👏

I'm extremely happy with my BMW that I bought from Thames Valley Cars in Wokingham. The fact that the car had only one previous owner was a huge selling point for me.
