I found my transaction with Thames Valley to be very simple and straight forward. Tim in particular made it very stress free. I was guided through the purchase, he was clued up and knew the car like the back of his hand, able to answer questions and even able to share some value advice about the car! I arranged to view the car and was given plenty of time. It wasn't just a quick look around, I was handed the keys and able to inspect the car in great detail at my own leisure. didn't I would happily buy from Thames Valley again and recommend asking for Tim.

I must say that compared to previous experiences, Tim has provided a service like no other! Definitely first class! Before viewing the motor that Tim had for sale, I visited a dealership in Southampton with the same model of car, just so I had options and I could then compare mileage, condition, price etc. It was quite a considerable distance so I was hoping that it was the one for me...long story short, it was definitely not what I was expecting. I was really annoyed that the car was not as described and I had completely wasted a full day to go and visit a car that wasn't even road legal! The sales person was really unhelpful and tried to push the sale on me even after me pointing out the bad bits, the body work was full of scratches and marks, it felt very unsteady when driving... it was just an awful experience. However, when I visited Thames Valley I was blown away with how well everything went. Tim was highly organised and had everything in place for when I came to visit. His dealership was very clean and presentable and was a lot more put together than the previous dealership. I was even more relieved when I saw that the car was exactly as described on the advert, there was no hidden scratches or marks and the car drove beautifully, exactly as I expected it too! Tim was an absolute pleasure to deal with as well, he was very easy to talk to and made me feel really welcome, I was allowed as much time as I wanted when viewing the car and I was not limited to a few minutes with the test drive. I felt really relaxed when buying from Tim and could not pick a single fault with the purchase. It was a very simple and straight forward transaction and was completely stress free! I will definitely be using Thames Valley as my go-to from now on, it was an experience like no other, and is definitely up there with one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. I cannot commend Tim enough, and I will happily be passing on my recommendations to friends and family!

Sadly my Picanto did get wrote off by a lets say an "inconsiderate driver" not too long after making the purchase, therefore I no longer have the car in my possession. However, for the time that I did have the car I loved it! It was such a nice car and was everything that I wanted and needed. It gave me no issues and drove beautifully, this dealership was upfront, honest and transparent, everything laid on the table. The service that I received was perfect, the salesman was really helpful and was very down to earth. I didn't feel pressured and was allowed to view the car in my own time. I highly recommend using Thames Valley Cars, and would definitely purchase from them again!
