I called to talk about a £23000 range rover. Spoke to David, very un friendly response, seemed like I was doing all the talking. To the point where it felt awkward. My gut feeling said run a mile. I certainly wont be driving to Kent now after the call. That said I did give David at Brookside 1 star as he bothered to pick the phone up. .
Saw the car I wanted - it had to be special as was upgrading from 2002 Jaguar XJ8 SE Auto - the last of the classic Jaguars. Decided on XF 3.0 Turbodiesel Auto Premium Luxury 2009. Really lovely car. Phoned Dave, met and had a test drive, purchase was smooth, no worries, Dave very knowledgeable and friendly. Just been to Scotland and back - very smooth pleasurable drive. Brookside appear to have many prestige type cars which although not cheap are certainly not overpriced - I could have paid a lot more for the equivalent at other dealers. Am really happy thus far, thank you Brookside Group - Dave. Graham H

I found the rare lexus sc430 I had been looking for at Brookside. The only problem was that it was 180 miles from my home. I rang David and explained that I needed a full description of the condition of the vehicle and an approximate value of my car for p/X. He was very helpful so I travelled the following morning with a degree of hesitation. I arrived early and David explained he had a customer about to arrive to collect a car and would be a little while. He gave me the keys and allowed me to text drive the Lexus at my leisure. It was great and when we negotiated the deal he gave me a very fair price for my car. I have had a small issue with the car but he encouraged me to take it to my local Lexus agent and the problem is now sorted. To conclude: This has been a very enjoyable experience with David and Brookside and I would thoroughly encourage others to deal with them. I have now good the car I wanted and the only down side. IT TOOK ME 800 MILES TO GET IT!!!!
I am really impressed with The Brookside Group! I purchased a Volvo V50 from them back in July and its been perfect! I have even driven it to and from the south of France 5 times and it's not let me down! The dealer was really helpful! he even helped me with the tax. They have an excellent fleet of cars at this dealership and I would definitely recommend them.

Bought a car on finance, explained it was for my wife to drive with my 3 young children in. After 3 months it started cutting out both whilst at a standstill and moving, I contacted the dealer who told me he couldn't get it looked at for weeks, he eventually did, returned it and same again, he then had it back for 2 months, the telepathic box recorded him thrashing the car regularly, he returned it, still not solved problem, he's got it back for 3rd time, iv told him I would like to swap it for a different car and he has refused, and told the finance there is nothing wrong with the car.....but doesn't want it back :/ I wonder why? after he's got your money he turns onto a very arrogant horrible man

Brookside Motor Group were lovely, my new VW is by far the best car I've ever had I honestly couldn't be happier. I would recommend anybody to them they get things done quickly and easily and they take pride in the cars they sell. In fact I had a problem with one of the seat belts and they've booked me in to fix it with no hassle.

The vehicle from the brookside group was very good value for money but I have had issues with the dealership since I have had to fix the car myself as they didn't give me enough information about the warranty but there car is running fine now

Absolutely fantastic!! Although I had a problem with the vehicle a few says later they took it away and fixed it all themselves and provided me with another car whilst they fixed it! They were super helpful every question I had it was answered nothing was ever unclear
