Absolutely shocking. Salesman was trying to tell us whatever he thought we wanted to hear, and promised the world. They had the make and model we wanted, so we bought it, and it's been a disaster. Kept promising drop off the following day, but kept just not showing up. Didn't return calls when they said they would, trying to speak to someone was a nightmare. Car turned up without tax despite the manager saying they'd "sort it" to a drop off with no drive, so would have been illegally on the road from day 1. Arrived with damage they said they'd put right right before delivery. Within a week the car wouldn't start, battery needed replacing according to RAC technician. Noone will answer the phone, noone will respond to emails. I have wasted so much time on them, it is an absolute nightmare. Just relieved that we put some on credit card so have extra protection, looks like we're going to need it.

Bought a beautiful Mercedes Benz from this car dealership not too long ago. I dealt with an Asian salesman called Tayyib, who treated me with much respect and looked after me. Most especially when it came to the car warranty - as originally I didn't think I could afford it but Tayyib got me 30% off. He even made sure the car was freshly serviced and MOT'd. I will definitely come visit here first for any future purchases.

After purchasing a vehicle from here with loads of fake promises and lies I have just found out that they have also stitched me up with finance of 73months but told me 60 and multiple dealers and legal representatives have told me this is just not done/acceptable There is nothing I can do about it but I just don’t want anyone else getting treated as badly as I have not only am I stuck in a deal that will never be out of negative equity I have a very that cannot do what I was sold it for ( tow 1600kg) Do not be fooled

Rated 1 out of 5 stars Never use them No words for this - sold me a car without the fixings of the wheel arch being on, engine light, got me a speeding ticket. Same names as being mentioned elsewhere. Going through the RAC and then courts. Do not use! Date
