I brought a Bmw 318 se aut 2 years ago JAY SOLD ME THE CAR it let me pay deposit over the phone there was a few problem with the car which he told me about. i sort the problems out. . I will be calling Jay at the Car hut when am buying a car again . This was 2 years ago.

The Car Hut are a bit of a budget car dealership and the car I bought has had the odd minor issue but nothing too major, I only got one key with the car which was slightly inconvenient and I've had to cut a second one myself. Other than that the car is running fine and the guys at the dealership were friendly enough.

Lovely customer service. Car turned out to be awful. Looked nice, but needed so much work doing. The dealer told me you won't have problems for years, the condition it was in. I had to have the windscreen replaced after a botched job of filling a crack. Battery replaced, all tyres replaced, brakes fixed. Faulty sidelights switching on in the middle of the night. Also suspension problems, sounds like back of the car will fall off. Dealer said he would put petrol in, barely made it to the petrol station on collection. Would not recommend, go to branded dealership instead.

Bought my car and on test drive I noticed left side mirror was broken, dealer promised a replacement has been ordered from manufacturer and will be in few days. So I took car home and later received a fake mirror which don't fit as the genuine had insulation and connection behind it. I called dealer about it and he said I should just stick it on the genuine broken mirror of which I refused to. He later ask to send it back for him to order a genuine one. I did and haven't heard from dealer since a couple of weeks ago.

In fact we do recall that we spoke to you afterwards to check that you received the mirror and you confirmed that you were happy with it. The description for the car was as it should have been which you would expect. I went to the car hut for an Audi A3 which i now have. I did notice my Audi didn't have car mats so i asked them for some which they happily did for me. Away from that all was good, service etc so would recommend them

I traded my car in and could not have been more pleased with the service and deal I got. It has been over 2 months now and am loving the car more and have just had it mapped for better fuel economy as recommended by the dealer. Thanks guys
