Really happy with my new Porsche Cayman, we haven't really got the weather to be taking it out much at the moment but I love it. The service from Martin was really good too!

Joe is the man! I have had some bad experiences with dealership and with other cars that I have owned. My last car was a jag and we had a whole host of issues which would have cost in excess of £3K just to get back on the road let alone fix all the issues which were wrong with it. We went to Warrington, met Joe and the team, they were all really nice and easy to get on with, the whole process felt really personal and it was very easy to deal with. The are a couple little bits which need sorting on my new E-Class, little niggly electrical bits but it's been very easy to contact Lowton and they have been quick to respond and address any issues I have had, sometimes they are busy, I send an email and get a call back within an hour or so. From initial inquiry to after sales care. everything has been spot on!

I got myself a Lovely Land Rover Discovery to replace a BMW X6, the X6 was a 4L Petrol and I thought a 3L Diesel would have been a little better on fuel, turns out they are both as thirsty as each other. It's performing really well, looks lovely, it's a lot higher than my X6 was which i keep forgetting. Joe was very pleasant to deal with and looked after me too.

The Car Lounge have some great cars on offer and my new Discovery Sport is no exception. I am really happy with the quality of the car, how well looked after it is, how well prepped it was and how it was presented. It took a little longer than favourable to get the V5C, I am aware this could be an issue with the DVLA rather than Lowton and I would have liked a more thorough discussion on the warranty. Other than this, Brad was excellent and I am satisfied with the service.

I built a good relationship with Brad during the time buying my new Audi TT, he is a really cool guy and we really got on which made it an awful lot easier to deal. The car itself is great, I have always loved the TT's for their build quality and value for money, plus they look phenomenal especially the newer models. My only annoyance along the way was with regards the V5C and delays in getting this sorted. Brad was reassuring me that this was being pushed through from his end however, there appeared to be difficulties with the admin team and I ended up submitting this myself. I am due to have the log book back in a week or so and then everything will be golden. I would defiantly come back to Brad again and would still say these are a very recommendable company

For the most part, dealing with The Car Lounge has been excellent. I had some issues with one of the sales team initially and after the issues I was assured he wasn't going to be with the company much longer. To my knowledge, he is no longer working with Lowton and Ian and Mike took over my inquiry. From his point on, the service has been exceptional, I went with an Audi E-Tron as I had one as a company car for a couple years and loved it, the car has been perfect so far with the exception of a couple minor cosmetic bits. Mike has very kindly offered to repair these bits for me and we are discussing a date and time which works for both of us. I would highly recommend The Car Lounge, they are very local to me so I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my cars.

Overall no problems with the overall experience . My only issue is l had the car, BMW M2 Competition MOT.'d and serviced before pick up , but have since found the service has not been entered onto the BMW " i Drive" system ,which means the CBM ( condition based maintenance) system is not up to date for future service schedules

It was my first time visiting Lowton Motor Company, the customer service was outstanding, I can not fault it. The car is missing some wheel caps but the team said that they were going to sort it out. If I could give 6 stars then I would.

Great service from the team, Brad looked after me and was very knowledgeable about the car and helped to answer all my questions I had about the car. I do have a reversing camara that doesn't work at the moment so I'm waiting to hear back from them on when to book it in the garage.

I would definitely give The Car Lounge by Lowton Motor Company a top score of 5 stars, Brad and Steve were a great help and help me with an issue I had with the battery when I first got my Mercedes off them. I could not be happier with everything they did for me they are both top lads. My car is proper sound and I'm loving it.
