The thing that really stood out for me when purchasing my Merc was the honesty and transparency from all the sales team at The Car Lounge in Warrington. The communication was also brilliant and they always kept me in the loop with the progression of everything. I'm very happy with my new car, it was exactly as described in the advert and it was valeted to a very high standard.

I recently bought a Mercedes-Benz from this dealership, and I am very happy with it. I had originally planned to get a Land Rover Evoque, but the insurance quote was too high for me which was around £400 per month. So I decided to look for other options and I found the Mercedes-Benz and I prefer it over the Land Rover Evoque anyway. The customer service at the dealership was also excellent, they were friendly, helpful, and professional.

I have no qualms at all about anything that this company did for me. They were awesome to deal with, Andrew was a nice salesman who was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The car that I chose from them was an Audi Q5. it is a really nice car and it drives like a dream. I could not be happier than what I am with it, it really is a superb car. I really could not have asked for much more apart from the fact that the car is getting dirty now and I am going to have to take it to a car wash to get it cleaned? Does this not come as part of the after sales service 🤣

I bought my Audi Q5 from here and I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent customer service I received from here and for a brilliant car. The staff bent over backwards to ensure that it was smooth sailing for me from start to finish and I have nothing to complain about at all. They were amazing and I will see you again in a few years time when I fancy changing my car for something else.

So far so good with my Tesla, Keiran was great, he gave me all the information which I needed to know about the car, followed up with everything that he said he would and he looked after me really well. I'm made up to bits with my Tesla. it is a smashing car and great to drive. I have been a customer of the Car Lounge in Warrington for many years, and I have always been satisfied with their service and selection of vehicles. Recently, I decided to treat myself to a Porsche, and I must say that it is a great car. The handling of the car and its performance is breathtaking, it is by far the best car I have ever owned. Joe who was the sales executive during the sale of my Porsche was amazing, he really knew his stuff and did not put any pressure on me to buy the car, he listened to what it was I was looking for and worked with me to make it happen. I will see you again when I decided to upgrade this car for something else. Thank you Joe for helping me purchase my dream car.

I cannot fault the service from The Car Lounge in Warrington, Rex was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for him and he certainly did go above and beyond to make sure it was a smooth transaction for me. I love my Land Rover to bits it is a beautiful car and I love the time I get to spend driving it. I would 110% recommend this dealership to everyone and I will be back again when i'm looking for an upgrade.

I have always wanted a Range Rover and have really taken a liking to the Evoque. I saw one at The Car Lounge which looked really lovely. The car has been great apart from a little TLC needed and the service has been excellent. I would definitely return to The Car Lounge for more cars in future and the little issues I have had are all in the process of being resolved by Lowton. I treated myself to a Mercedes S-Class from The Car Lounge, feels like another step up from the E-Class I had before. The car drives really well and looks stunning. I had some small issues but had ample support from the team at the dealership in getting this sorted. I am just waiting on the logbook to put my private plates on but this has only been a couple weeks so could be very much in the DVLA's hands. Very happy with the car, the service has been solid to! I met Joe and Martin, both really nice guys.
