The salesman who assisted me explained everything clearly and honestly to me, and I appreciate all his patience, as he truly did not leave a stone unturned. I recently used this dealership to purchase my car and I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service in which I received… As we all know a good dealer is hard to come by. I was given plenty of time to inspect the vehicle that I was interested in, with no pressure selling at all from the salesman. They had all the documents organised and ready in advance, so that when I was happy with the vehicle all that was left to do was sign and drive away. Overall it was a very straight forward process!

They really did go above and beyond for me at The Car Lounge in Warrington! I've never bought a car from them before so I didn't know what to expect exactly but everything went well and the staff were very approachable! The Land Rover I bought off them was presented immaculately, you could have even convinced me that it was brand new from the way it looked. I have been running the car for about a month now and things are going great 🙂

It was a nice relaxed atmosphere at this car sales company and I was made to feel welcome when I came to see the car which I purchased off them. I've never owned a Mercedes before but I thought about getting one for a while and I found one in great condition online so I got intouch with this dealership and I arranged to come to see the car in person and to take it for a test drive. The sales team here are terrific and they cannot do enough to help you, they are all very knowledgeable and a down to earth bunch of people, I did not feel pressurised or rushed at anytime during the sales process but there was always someone available to answer any questions if I needed them to do so. I have recently recommended one of my friends to this dealership, I will continue to do so and if I hear of anyone else that is looking to buy a car. I will see you again when i'm ready to change my car for something else.

When I collected my car it was presented to me in pristine condition, it exceeded expectations from the advertisement photos on Autotrader. It had been valeted to a high standard, it looked brand new. I was made to feel very welcome down at The Car Lounge, the team were able to answer any questions I had confidently and honestly. I don't have a bad word to say about my Mercedes, i'm delighted with it! I have drove Mercedes before and I found them really smooth and enjoyable to drive so I knew this was the car that I wanted. I had a look online and they had lots of positive reviews from customers so I decided to go and visit them to see what they could do for me. I was assisted to by one of their salesmen named Brad who was really helpful and he went above any expectations which I had of him. I have bought three cars from this dealership so far and i'm always impressed by the quality and condition of the vehicles, they are well maintained, clean and reliable. My latest purchased was for a BMW, I love driving it and I always get compliments about it and let everyone know where I bought it from. The customer care and aftersales is always second to none and they really do take great pride in making sure that your happy with everything during and after the sale. I will see you again in a few years time when i'm looking to upgrade my car for something else.

I'm very happy with the purchase of my BMW, it is such a lovely car and it is so nice to drive. The service from the sales staff was phenomenal and I was made to feel very welcome at the dealership from start to end. They did not use any of the hard sales tactics and they let me take my time looking round at the stunning cars in their showroom without watching over me all of the time.
