As someone who had their heart set on buying a Ford Mustang, I was delighted when I came across The Car Lounge by Lowton Motors online, and they had multiple Mustangs in stock. Keiran, the sales representative, was awesome, he was not only pleasant and friendly but also quick to respond to any questions I had and he always got back to me when he promised to. After buying the car the team didn't stop there, they followed up with me ensuring that everything was going well with my new Mustang, this level of care really impressed me. The Ford Mustang I purchased is a dream and I appreciate the attentive service provided by Keiran.

The sales executive was very attentive and it was good to know that when I called him he was always on the other end of the phone to help to answer any of my queries. I was looking for a spacious and comfortable car for my new job that required a lot of motorway driving and I knew that a Jaguar would meet my expectations with owning a few in the past. The staff at The Car Lounge were very friendly and helpful, especially the guy who sold me the car because the parcel shelf was missing from the car and he replaced this very quickly for me. Joe was a really sound guy who had a great personality, he was someone that was easy to get along with and he took all the stress of buying a car away from me. This is an absolute gem of a place. They have an excellent range of vehicles, the sales staff here are very down to earth and all so welcoming. I was greeted by the loveliest fella who made me feel very comfortable during the time I was down at The Car Lounge and we even had a little laugh along the way.
