As I was buying from a distance, u had an AA vehicle inspection prior to purchase. My vehicle was missing it's parcel shelf and Ash assured me over the phone that they would sort this. When I arrived to collect the vehicle, I was told they didn't have one after all and to get one myself off eBay. No reduction in price was offered to compensate me. Aside from that I am very pleased with the car, but after spending so much, it's disappointing not to be perfect

The Car Outlet Dartford sold me a Chevrolet Orlando diesel automatic, in addition I bought an Autoguard warranty. Faults from the start included glow plugs, glow plug control module, air flow sensor, leaking air conditioning condenser.The Car Outlet told me to go via Autoguard to my local garage. They refused to contribute to my costs (Autoguard did not cover the glow plugs and only paid part of the other repairs). It was only by applying to The County Court Dartford that I got any of my costs back. Later faults were total failure of the gearbox while on the motorway, and after this the radiator split open. Mr Crone described me as "a very difficult customer". He has throughout been unwilling to accept responsibility for any of the cars many faults. In the judges words "Caveat Emptor".

I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from the Car Outlet, the service we got from Ash was next to none, he made us feel welcome and was very honest and he was very patient with us, that was on Sunday the 9th 4 days later my partner went back and purchased the Merc E class convertible purely because of Ash, Ash is a valuable asset to the company it is without a doubt i would recommend the car outlet to anyone when purchasing a car. thank you so much Ash.

Just picked up Kia Sorento which was in immaculate condition for age and part ex estate car.deal couldn’t have been easier Steve and Ash were brilliant.definately a dealer I would return to and recommend

We purchased a Kia Sedona for our business after checking out a few of the MPV's they have on site. Steve was friendly and (importantly) not pushy at all so right off the bat we felt no pressure. We arranged a test drive and agreed to go ahead and buy it although I noted the cambelt had not been done previously. No problem at all as Steve offered to get that all done along with a pre-sale service and new MOT. They fixed the minor MOT advisories and also touched up some paint scuffs on both front and rear bumpers at no cost to us. All-in-all a smooth and pleasant deal. We would definitely recommend them if you are looking for an MPV.

Went to Purchase a Car today from the Car Outlet (Yaris Verso Auto) - phoned at 1-40pm agreed with salesman Ash to buy vehicle but had to find wallet to get my debit card and he sold it despite me phoning 20 minutes later as agreed - Not good and not an honorable person to deal with - feel really let down as severely disabled and needed that particular vehicle.

Very patient, I turned up having given half an hours notice on a friday afternoon, had no idea what I wanted so I was allowed (and encouraged) to sit in and test drive as many cars as I wanted until I had decided which would be best for me. The first one the salesman suggested that would best fit my requirements, and I quote the salesman "You will want to buy this one" was of course the one I actually bought, however he patiently allowed to sit in loads of the cars in stock and we test drove my favorites so that I could confidently buy the first one I sat in. Couldn't be more please with the car, he was right, it is perfect for me. Everyone was very friendly, sorted everything I needed quickly and efficiently. Can't recommend highly enough.
