i purchased an Audi A5 purchased 28/04/2023 , i was assured the oil on the rear of the engine was only from an overfill error , i have now had the car into a approved Audi specialised and surprise its not as per there reason , it needs a new crankshaft oil seal , have tried to contact the garage . I surprise surprise silence , am currently in contact with the finance company and the FCA . So all beware you too might get them same service , if the garage wants to contact me to try and correct this you clearly know who i am .

Update: Dealership has sorted my car issues out ,communication error, seemed to have been a temporary issue with the email server resulting in emails not being recieved correctly.

Wow! Kyle, I think that you know we have repaired the issues you’ve had with the car, we have only just come across this review but I ask you’d take it down please as it’s an absolute lie. Since this issue we’ve also sorted out the adblue fault that you’ve had with the vehicle, an issue that isn’t covered by the warranty that we’ve done for you in good faith. The fact that you feel the need to write negative review is utterly staggering to us!
Bought myself a cracking little car from this dealership, everthing went smoothly from start to finish communication with oliver was spot on.. Very happy with my car, will definitely buy from this dealership again..
