Bought a corsa recently (june) from this dealership; I have had to spend good money putting right; the things that were defective,You e-mail them and get no reply; the phone is never answered; if that wasn't enough they e-mailed to try and sell me the spare key for £70!!! You don't get the warranty that's advertised with the car 3months instead of 6months even the warranty company put it all down to wear and tear. Avoid this dealership at all costs
Having purchased a Vauxhall Astra recently, caused over a month of nightmares for us! They put a false MOT through as when we got it we put it through 3 garages and all stated it should not be driven due to a severe dangerous fault with a rear wheel. Dealers wasn’t helpful even after I let them know well within the 14day period. Difficult to get hold of and then when they do call you they are threatening and horrid service all round! If you value your life and your family’s steer clear!

from start to finish could not fault this team, left us 2 it and didn't nag or push you to buy, but was there if you needed them. also felt covid safe. did buy off them and would highly recommend. all fleet looked good condition and priced fairly.

Brought a car from this company- paid the asking price plus £50 admin fee under the understanding that I would get a new door seal, boot badge and the spare key. Received the key 2months later. After numerous texts sent still didn’t have the seal or badge- was happy to just get that door seal even though I was promised before buying that I would get all 3 things. But talking to the company today I stated that they were taking a lot of time to get the seal sorted and I felt they were taking the mick out of me. I had a reply of “don’t be cocky with me”. Very unprofessional! I don’t think I’ll be getting what I was promised. Be careful when using this company- make sure you get what you want before taking the car.

Purchased 2014 BMW X5 and the service from them was okay, they did appear to go out of there way to help on things, and when I sold my car which I offered as a trade-in that was not good news for them as now they had to deliver the car and not take one back. They sorted that as COVID-19 was in play. However, when the car arrived it had a black mark across 2 doors and I tried to remove this by hand and could not. Speaking with a manager I was accused of trying to renegotiate the price and that these marks should be expected with the age of the car. I was confused and without a car so I thought okay they told me this mark would come off easily and if I returned the car I was going to be £250 short for the delivery, as we agreed delivery was free if I keep the car. I got the mark looked at and while the black stuff could be removed the mark was still noticeable and there is a small indentation. Also, the rear door bottom panel had damage. I should point out I was sent a video of the car!

Very friendly and genuine service! Impressed by the vehicle details from the first phone call I felt at ease! Everything was impeccably explained and you know when you just know a genuine car buying place. Travelled up by train from Beconsfield got picked up at the station in my chosen Car and got chance to drive it back to the showroom before I committed felt very Comfortable! To top it off, my car is stunning! Cheers!
