The process of buying the car, they can’t help you enough and was an easy process. Soon as you drive the car away it isn’t there problem. The car was sold with parts missing such as the manual and parcel shelf. I can live without the parcel shelf but was chasing the manual/RAC warranty email. Didn’t know what half the buttons were! In the end, I bought a generic manual myself because the hassle/stress calling every week to chase was just not worth it 6 weeks later. Called up and said it was being sorted each time. You’d think a £13500 would come with a manual. They even offered a generic one from another car so this would have been sold without a manual! As soon as you drive the car away they don’t want to know so make sure everything is in there before you drive away.

The bad comes to close to outweighing the good with Motor Arena unfortunately, Danny arranged a good finance deal for me aswell as taking my car in Part Ex and paying off the remaining finance of it and overall made my experience easy, I also fell in love with the car which is obviously a big part of buying a new vehicle. However this comes close to being outweighed by the bad parts of dealing with Motor Arena which for me are as follows: Refusing to service the car, essentially lying about work they knew needed doing to the car which I have since had to have done privately and has cost me just above £500, failed to be able to provide proof of an “RAC Warranty” which I was later told is just their own warranty. Honestly it seems to be pot luck when people are dealing with Motor Arena, some people have great experiences and no problems at all, some will have experiences like I did when it’s a bit of both and overall just ok however some will have bad experiences which you can already see on this website. In my opinion if your fully happy with the car and have no problems, you’re getting a good deal then I see no reason not to deal with Motor Arena, if your worried about something though then raise it with the dealership and try to resolve it, if you can’t then maybe it’s better looking elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and polite we are very pleased with the car we bought after sales service has been good although sometimes difficult to reach by phone but email and text response very quick. Overall a good experience
Great car, really responsive and Danny was great. I purchased without actually test driving and everything was as advertised.

Great service not to pushy on sales but very helpfull, purchased a ford kuga on the Sunday and collected on the Friday once the finance was sorted
