As I live In Halifax I searched the local dealers for a ford focus. Motor arena have a terrible reputation locally but the did have a car I was interested in. I know they have been hauled through the courts many times for selling very dodgy cars and have been on the tv''s The Sheriff are coming. What an experience I had there. The car was very scruffy and overpriced. Can you believe the horrible salesmen became aggressive when I pointed out many problems. So be warned. Dodgy cars and dodgy people go together. Stay away.

just seen therse for the 2nd time on that sherriff program about dodgy car dealers who dont pay when something goes wrong... awful people, threatening with voilence , following the cameraman threatyening the debt collectors that they are going arounf to kill him and his family as he know where they live... these people should be in prison...

Disgusting company. Just seen these on TV with the company spitting and swearing like peasants on BBC 1 here comes the sheriffs.. Do not buy from these vile cretins.

All cars are very dangerous they are not what they say people can get killed in these cars please do not buy from these people they are disgusting they talk to people disgustingly when you try and get your money back you won’t get it so please do not deal with these people this is a big warning

Went to buy a car on monday. was told it had fill service history and timing belt done. Paid for it today then realised this wasn't true. Was told we could buy it or get our money back, no movement or explanation. Rang RAC whontold us as an RAC warranted garage they have to follow standards including doing a timing belt which is past its interval, otherwise it avoids it's own insurance. When I informed them of this they said straight off they were refusing to sell us the car and would give us our money back. I moved my car on to the forecourt as it was chucking it down. I got asked to move it. Granted by this point I had had enough and said no as it wasn't in anyone's way. I then got told to leave the premises so I went out to my car followed by a sales guy telling me to "F*ck off" and get out repeatedly. He was extremely threatening to a woman. All this on top of the fact nobody wears masks on test drives or in the offices and don't practise social distance either! AVOID

We bought our car by fianace with motor arena ..since that time i spend more then car cost ..replacement engie ,clutch ..all all..so awful the way they make fun about people..avoid this place

I am livid with the state of the service I have received from this dealership. They are con artists and rude, deceitful, ignorant people who don't give a toss about any of their customers. I bought my car 18 months ago off them under the idea I was covered for 2 years by the RAC for recovery AND that my car had been officially serviced before purchase. Fast forward to now - my timing chain snapped on my car and motor arena have 'no proof of servicing' because it was 'too long ago and we don't keep records that long' and proceeded to hang up on me and avoid my calls. Will be reporting them to the RAC. The car was damaged and faulty from the get go and we were LIED TO SEVERAL TIMES. Don't put yourself in danger. They take advantage of nice people. CRIMINALS
