This company now known as Easy car credit Halifax please warn others and everyone needs to share there experience on the easy car credit reviews please I have just been left out of pocket on a deposit calls not answered

Buy a car all nice. Have a problem & they ignore all forms of communication & just feed lies if you are lucky to speak with them. do your self a favour & buy elsewhere but most wont realise until its too late like the rest of us on here. How they are still allowed to trade is beyond me. RAC need making aware of what they are like.

Never, ever thought this kind of thing would happen to me, but here I am, and here we all are. It makes me so sad to see how many of us there are. HUNDREDS. I have gone through the process of anger at myself for not being more vigilant and reviewing the company before hand. However, after 5 cars in my lifetime without any investigation or issue, I guess I just assumed that there is a certain level of trust and protection that comes with buying a vehicle. Turns out NO. Once they have your money and you have your car, you have no rights, no protection, you’re on your own. They do not follow the rules; they know the loop holes and there is nothing you can do about it! They do not own the cars they are selling, they are “holding” them for a motor auction company. The cars are listed as HPI clear but the vast majority are insurance write-offs, hammered ex-lease vehicles, repossessions and f**ked trade-ins. Almost all will also still have outstanding finance. These people are knowingly selling DAMAGED CARS. They are not “fit for purpose”, “as described” or of “satisfactory quality” - all violations of the consumer rights act. Unless you are prepared to fight the long fight through the courts, you will not get your money back! They are NOT RAC approved, they do NOT provide you with RAC warranty despite what they tell you. Fake / Void MOT’s. Unless you get the car on finance, where you have some legal protection, you are screwed! My car has had a plethora of faults from the moment I drove it away. Nothing from the garage but lies, lies and more lies. After spending my inheritance on my dream car, I am left with nothing!!! The car is sat SORN’ed on my drive unsafe and unfit for purpose. I am devastated. I cannot believe that anyone can get away with this in the world we live in now! HOW?! They are disgusting CRIMINALS. Nasty, rude, intimidating men, who told a young woman that they would “f**king do me in, if I didn’t drop the allegations”. One day, one day you will pay for your actions! I hope you all receive the long awaited prison sentence that is coming to you in due course.

If I could give a rating for this company it would a big minus, if anything please read the reviews get a second opinion and take an independent mechanic , do not trust 'Maz' he's full of crap and just wants the sale and your money, the after service is none existent I should of realised when two people brought there cars back due to non starting but by then we had already parted with the money, just beware!!!!!

When they want your money they are like Angels . When you have a problem with your car they turn violent . They are appeared on BBC The Sheriffs are coming . Season 9 Episode 1 . Absolute foul mouthed people . Avoid .

Went to look at a car which was advertised with FSH, when i got there there was none. wasted 25 mile journey
