At the start of the claim the team was unable to find my email, so in the end they sent me an email and I replied to it with all the relevant documents, and from there on, everyone I spoke to was really helpful. Once everything went through it only took 5 days for the money to be returned in my bank and they covered all the cost but £20 which I can't complain about.

Really happy with the repair work carried out. Once I had an issue with the headlamp sensor, I took it back to the dealership where I got the car and they sorted everything out. They even delivered the car back to my house once it was ready. Big thumbs up.

TMO have a great claims process because I thought everything went really smoothly, and even though I was claiming for a new engine, I didn't get any push back from the team.
