Straightforward process from start to finish. I had an issue, took the car to the garage who carried out the repair work, and picked up my car once it was ready.

At the start of the claim the team was unable to find my email, so in the end they sent me an email and I replied to it with all the relevant documents, and from there on, everyone I spoke to was really helpful. Once everything went through it only took 5 days for the money to be returned in my bank and they covered all the cost but £20 which I can't complain about.

Thank you to the team for making it very easy to get the work carried out on my car. When it came to getting the money back, there was no pushback and the money was transferred.

Really happy with the repair work carried out. Once I had an issue with the headlamp sensor, I took it back to the dealership where I got the car and they sorted everything out. They even delivered the car back to my house once it was ready. Big thumbs up.

Repair work was good, easy enough to get booked in and completed in good time. No issues since. The liaising to and from to get the quote and confirmation of cover seemed more than was necessary. But we got there in the end.

TMO have a great claims process because I thought everything went really smoothly, and even though I was claiming for a new engine, I didn't get any push back from the team. Since having the Land Rover I've had nothing but issues so I'm looking to sell it soon but the repair work was done really well.
