I had no problems with my claim through these guys at all. Full marks.

The tailgate struts needed replacing on my Jaguar I-Pace, so avoiding a £1,200 bill thanks to my policy with TMO was a huge relief. The whole process was really smooth. It was a mix of communication between me, TMO and the dealership, but everything got sorted quickly. They even arranged a courtesy car, so I’m really pleased and would give top marks for efficiency and service.

I’ve been with the AA for years but I have to say, The Motoring Organisation knocks them into fits! The AA aren’t a patch on these guys. I just wish I’d found them sooner. They sorted my condenser replacement within two days which was seriously impressive. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

This is the second warranty claim I've had to make since purchasing my Seat Arona, so I'm really glad I had cover in place. I called the motoring organisation directly to initiate my claim and it was ever so easy! The advisor was really lovely - nice and friendly and worked hard to get me sorted as quickly as possible. I'd definitely award TMO five stars and would recommend them to anyone.

A diesel injector failed just a week after I bought my Ford Focus which was really frustrating — but thankfully the dealership had included a 2-year warranty through The Motoring Organisation. One thing I really liked about TMO was how informative their website is, and the fact that they dealt directly with the dealership to sort everything out. My claim was handled quickly and it’s reassuring to know I’ve still got the warranty in place for a good while yet...just in case I ever need it again.

I needed the water pump replacing on my Toyota CHR, and I was so thankful to have warranty cover in place with The Motoring Organisation. The service was really great and got the job done with tout costing me any money which was a real relief! I'm so pleased I'm going to extend my policy for another 6 months.
