No complaints from me about the report work or the claims process to get the work completed. I had no problems along the way.

Unfortunately I didn't have my car for very long until I started to have a sensor issue. So I took it back the dealership and the part was ordered right away, which took 10 days to arrive. Once it arrived the repair only took a couple of hours and I was back on the road. The issue has since been fixed and for the couple of times I've been out in it the issue hasn't come back.

I had a reconditioned automatic gearbox and it’s brilliant! The car seems to be going faster than before and it's so smooth when shifting through the gears – it’s running like an absolute dream. As a nice touch, the car was even returned cleaned inside and out (though it didn’t stay spotless for 24 hours before I had to clean it again!) Top score from me.

Since having the work done on my Audi for the Lambda Sensor and rear wiper Motor, I've double checked the work carried out and everything seems to be okay. I was happy with the communication and with the time frame it took to get the car back.

The garage handled the issue perfectly and kept me informed throughout the process. Although I didn’t deal with it directly as it happened soon after buying the car, everything was sorted quickly. I had the Nox Sensor replaced, and the car has been fantastic since the repairs – no more lights on the dash, and it’s running like it should. I can only give 5 stars.

I had the Auxiliary Belt Tensioner replaced under warranty, and everything has been great since. I’ve used the car a lot, and it’s been running perfectly. The claim process was really good. Every time I called, I spoke to the same person, which was a big help as I didn’t have to keep repeating myself. This was my first time making a claim, and it couldn’t have been easier. I sent the invoices, and the payment was made the following week.
