Super easy process. I went straight through the motoring organisation when an issue with my AdBlue tank came up. I really don't think anything could be done to make the claims process easier. I got booked in with a garage within the same week that I called, which was very quick. I left it at the garage as I was going on holiday, so I wasn't too bothered about the time it would take to be done. When I got back, everything had been fixed, and I haven't had one issue since, so I am of course very pleased. The motoring organisation sorted all the payments. Not one penny came out of my pocket, and there were no delays or drama. They are exactly what you want and need from a warranty company. A simple, easy, hassle-free process. A real five star service.

I was happy with the service from the company itself. However, when I tried to call them, I was on hold for over 30 minutes and couldn't get through to anyone. I had the AA technician standing with me the entire time, and it was a very stressful situation. I feel there is definitely a need for improvement when it comes to phone wait times.

The work was carried out to a good standard thanks. Overall I was very happy with the way the claim was handled and the professionalism of the staff I dealt with. It was a simple process and problem free. I would say 4 out of 5, but only because of the limitations of the warranty, e.g. only offering up to £45 per hour labour, which left me a little out of pocket. Other than that, very happy overall.

The garage acted fast and efficiently. The repair was done the day I contacted them and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. We were very pleased with the service provided.

5 out of 5, no complaints really. The issues were sorted within the day and I was given a courtesy van, which was appreciated so I was not stuck without transportation. I went back to my dealership, who dealt with the warranty for me, as I had only had the car for a month so it was the easiest route. I am happy with the repairs and everything was fixed to a high standard.

I am really pleased with The Motoring Company. I called up regarding my issue and the claims process was super easy to follow. It was not over complicated in any way. The car went back to the garage and I had it back within a few days without any hassle. This is exactly what you should look for in a warranty company, somewhere that does not mess you around or turn it into a stressful situation. They covered all the costs apart from the recovery back to the garage. I was really pleased with the level of top service that was provided to me and I would 100% recommend them.
