If you're buying. used car, I'd recommend taking out a warranty with TMO. I'd not even had my Land Rover Discovery a month when things went wrong, but I got straight onto the chaps at the Motoring Organisation and it was back at the garage with parts ordered within 24 hours. Everyone rallied round to get me sorted and I really appreciated their efforts.

Once bitten, twice shy!! Having had to pay for a failed gearbox out of my own pocket in the past, I made sure I selected a warranty product that covered absolutely everything (bar wear & tear), and familiarised myself with the correct claims process. I ran into trouble earlier this year when the ignition failed on my Astra, so I contacted TMO and spoke to Oliver - He's the reason I'm writing this review actually, as he was absolutely fantastic and I think he deserves a special mention. He really went the extra mile to help out, as, to cut a long story short, there'd been an internal mixup with my claim but he persevered despite my frustration & got to the bottom of it. He arranged for me to visit my local garage which was really convenient, and the problems got fixed in a timely manner. To top it off, all of the repair work was covered under the policy so there were no unexpected charges. It's been a very positive experience indeed & I'll happily pass on the recommendation to others. Once again, thanks to Oliver for being so responsive. The guys at TMO have been brilliant and got our Land Rover Disco fixed practically straight away. Couldn't ask for more & we'll definitely be extending our current policy as it's due to expire next month.

After having our Citroen Picasso for just over 3 weeks before something went wrong, we naturally returned it straight to the dealership where we'd bought it. They were apologetic & contacted TMO to handle all aspects of the warranty claim on our behalves. They got us booked in quickly - Turns out we needed an entirely new Diesel & Ad-Blu tanks, and it would;d'e been a huge bill had we not got cover in place. Thank goodness we did!

Very glad I had my extended warranty in place with the Motoring Organisation - It did exactly what it said on the tin with no hidden surprises.

My daughter loves the Fiat 500's and we managed to find her the lounge model a few months back. All was fine until a few months in when we started to have issues with the ignition. Luckily we'd taken out extended warranty with TMO at the point of sale, and they were absolutely brilliant from the moment I reported the fault. The claims handler was really informative and they got us sorted in no time at all. The whole process was super straight-forward and I'm satisfied with the outcome.

I'm not technically minded so when my car broke down, I returned it to the garage where I'd bought it. They helped me navigate the warranty claim since of things with TMO, but I was very thankful I had the policy in place as the end bill was over £2,000. That's not something I'd have been able to have covered myself, so I'm hugely grateful I didn't have to.

My husband's hawk eyes spotted a small patch of oil on the drive, so we took the car in for inspection. Thank goodness we did as the seals had started to perforate. The dealership sorted everything for us and the pricey repair was all covered under our warranty with The Motoring Organisation. We caught it in the nick of time as had we not noticed it, for sure it would;'ve become a hugely expensive repair job. Thankful for having a comprehensive policy in place for peace of mind, and we'd definitely take out another with the same provider for our next car purchases.
