My Vauxhall Astra lost all its oomph, so I took it back to where I bought it. They advised I could get the problem diagnosed under warranty, so they liaised with The Motoring Organisation & got us booked in. My son actually took the car on my behalf - turns out the inlet manifold actuator needed changing. They had the fault diagnosed and fixed before lunch & it was all covered under warranty, so we didn't have to pay a penny extra. Very happy!

Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome of my claim for my wheel speed sensor and the Issue hasn't come back! So I have no complaints.

Everything has been fine so with the claim for my Vauxhall Astra, I am happy to award top marks as I have been kept well updated through the claims process. The only difficulty I had was remembering the original numberplate for my car as I use a cherished plate.
