I don't know too much about claiming under warranty. When I called up to start the process, the woman that was handling it was very helpful. She was able to answer all my questions and there was no beating around the bush. When the car went into the garage, TMO spoke to the garage and arranged everything. I've had the car back, and it's been perfectly fine, it's treating me well.

4 stars and the only reason for knocking it down by 1 is because I was originally told a part of the repairs wouldn't be covered because it wasn't a directly involving the fault. The girl who I contacted was really helpful and went to double check it and after agreeing that the part would be covered, everything got sorted from then on. I've not had any further issues and it's been running perfect.

Had a warranty claim for the thermostat and so far it feels good and all done. The staff were very good, polite, and helpful at TMO. Can’t complain at all. I did have a bill at the end as it didn’t cover the full repair, but still a good service.

Would give the Autocentre garage 5 Star Great customer service and kept informed on all aspects of the repair was only without the car for a few hours would definitely use the Autocentre again. Money paid into my account on time customer service was very good to deal with probably my only criticism is the fault on the car was diagnosed with a os front track rod end but good practise and from a safety aspect the track rod ends should always be replaced as a pair so had to pay for the n/s track rod end myself

Everything has been perfect with my Ford since getting the repair work on my diesel injectors sorted. Everything to do with the claims process was very easy. This was my first time getting a car on finance and I thought it was a straight forward process, everything was clearly explained. Definitely 5 stars

Absolutely brilliant experience. I’d recommend TMO add the garage I used to their list of approved repairers. I was told to drop the car off at 8:30 – they advised it would take around 4 hours, but it was done in just an hour and a half. They made me feel welcome, sat me down for a good chat and even made me a brew. I provided the details and shortly after, TMO sent a confirmation that everything was agreed. The warranty didn’t cover the full cost, so I paid £45 but this was clearly communicated before the work was done. 5 stars from me. The young lady who started the process was fantastic – she gets 5 stars too. I can’t fault TMO, and I certainly can’t fault the garage.

The Motoring Organisation was great to deal with when I put my claim in. I rang the team up, and everything was sorted quickly and easily. There was one push back but this wasn't anything to do with TMO it was only because of the garage. All the work was done, sorted, and it has been going fine since getting my Vivaro back.
