I can't complain at all. When the issue arose I went directly through The Motoring Organisation, they were so easy to get a hold of there was no long holding times on the phone and they were able to help me right away. I did have a £500 cap on my warranty however that is better than nothing. Anyone I spoke to was very pleasant I have to give 5 stars as couldn't fault them at all!

I am happy with everything. I would rate my experience a 5 star because it was a good claims process, the issues have been fixed well. There wasn't any stress with the warranty side of things, I did unfortunately have to wait 3 hours for a recovery vehicle but this wasn't at fault of the provider.
