Since having the work done on my Audi for the Lambda Sensor and rear wiper Motor, I've double checked the work carried out and everything seems to be okay. I was happy with the communication and with the time frame it took to get the car back.

The garage handled the issue perfectly and kept me informed throughout the process. Although I didn’t deal with it directly as it happened soon after buying the car, everything was sorted quickly. I had the Nox Sensor replaced, and the car has been fantastic since the repairs – no more lights on the dash, and it’s running like it should. I can only give 5 stars.

I had the Auxiliary Belt Tensioner replaced under warranty, and everything has been great since. I’ve used the car a lot, and it’s been running perfectly. The claim process was really good. Every time I called, I spoke to the same person, which was a big help as I didn’t have to keep repeating myself. This was my first time making a claim, and it couldn’t have been easier. I sent the invoices, and the payment was made the following week.

Warranty approval process was simple and quick. Repairs then were completed quickly and effectively.

I've had my car for just over a year now and the clutch decided to go in October, so I recently made the claim to get it replaced. When I called up to make the claim the team was really good to deal with and once I took the car to the garage to get it replaced, they sorted everything between themselves making everything easy for me.

Since having my ball joint replaced my car has now passed it's MOT and the car is back on the road, which is great with my being a district nurse. The garage took care of everything, so I didn't have much involvement but the car was handed straight back to me, so I've got no issues at all.

The guy that helped me on the phone was very helpful while I was making the claim for my Solenoid / Actuator. He told me everything I needed to know and even recommended the closest garage that were able to carry out the repairs, which was great as I wasn't sure who would carry out the work.

I recently had to claim on my warranty to get an issue with the AdBlue pump sorted, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The repairs have been completed, and the family’s workhorse is back to running perfectly. All the warning lights that were on before are now off, which is such a relief. The process was smooth and hassle-free. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was excellent—friendly, straight to the point, and incredibly helpful. There were no challenges or delays, and it was great to have the issue resolved so efficiently. A 5-star experience all around!

Nothing bad to report on my end. I had an issue with a Coil Spring after driving away from a local dealership, but it's all sorted now thanks to my warranty.
