We took the car to the dealership shortly after the purchase as there was an issue with the advanced control settings. The issue was sent in to be resolved. We took the vehicle out last weekend and did experience another issue with it, so we are going to look at getting it booked in to be double-checked. Overall, the process was good and went smoothly.

I have never gone through a warranty for a repair before, so this was my first time. The lady I spoke to on the phone was fantastic with communication. She did as promised, which was to chase the garage and get me information. The only thing that stopped me from giving it a 5-star rating is that there was a fee at the end that I was not expecting.

Super easy process. I went straight through the motoring organisation when an issue with my AdBlue tank came up. I really don't think anything could be done to make the claims process easier. I got booked in with a garage within the same week that I called, which was very quick. I left it at the garage as I was going on holiday, so I wasn't too bothered about the time it would take to be done. When I got back, everything had been fixed, and I haven't had one issue since, so I am of course very pleased. The motoring organisation sorted all the payments. Not one penny came out of my pocket, and there were no delays or drama. They are exactly what you want and need from a warranty company. A simple, easy, hassle-free process. A real five star service.

I was happy with the service from the company itself. However, when I tried to call them, I was on hold for over 30 minutes and couldn't get through to anyone. I had the AA technician standing with me the entire time, and it was a very stressful situation. I feel there is definitely a need for improvement when it comes to phone wait times.
