After enquiring to get our AdBlue pump fixed on our Citroen C4, we were very grateful that they were able to get it sorted quickly and smoothly. The whole claim from start to finish was really efficient.

The only bill I had to pay when I went to the garage was for something else I had done at the same time, but it wasn't for the warranty claim. I didn't end up paying or waiting for a refund to come from my wheel sensor, which was great. The process was really easy, and I'm happy with the repair work carried out.

The only issues I had when getting my callipers done was with the garage because the garage had an issue with getting the part and then I had to wait a couple of days until the work could be carried out and in the end they had the car for a week. As for the actual claim process, I had no issues with that and happy to give 5 stars.

As it stands I currently have no more lights on my car for me wheel speed sensor, following the repair work carried out in May so it seems sorted. Everything went really well when making the claim.

5 - easy to deal with, super simple claim process and paid back when they promised.

Due to where I live, I was struggling to find a garage that would carry out the work as not a lot of people want to deal with warranty. Once I found a garage, I had to make the initial payment and wait the following Friday to get the money back. Which I got back on the day they advised me but I'm not sure why they couldn't just pay it back on the same day. The repairs have been successful, and at the moment, I've not had any further issues with the timing gear.

5 always get a first class service from booking into repairs being carried out to final hand over

Repairs was good for customer service and response really quick so great overall so I'd give you a 5

The whole claims process was pretty seamless, to be honest and it was better than I thought it was going to be. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I think the process could have been streamlined even more if they were able to pay the garage directly instead of me picking up the bill. That being said, the money was back in my account when they said it would and the repairs have been spot on.
