I went directly through the dealership I purchased my car from to do the claim, they explained the process with The Motoring Organisation with me. I was really quick and simple to follow. They covered majority of the costs, I did have to pay a little extra and this was for the labour charges, however I didn't mind at all and I am pleased with how everything went.

I must say that this warranty company have been nothing but helpful. It has been a really positive experience with them. I did have to pay the excess on the labour charges, however I didn't mind as the garage I was getting the work done at where specialist and that extra fee is almost for peace of mind that the issues are being done efficiently. Very simple claim process, I was talked through everything and they made sure I was happy, great communication, couldn't fault it.

I had an issue with a garage that I was using, they made the issue worse and caused damages, I informed TMO and they weren't happy about this, they told me to go to a garage of my choosing as I had a few in mind and that is what I did. The garage I went to, went above and beyond sorting issues, couldn't have done more for me. I did have to pay upfront, however TMO got all the money back to me within 2 days and without any problems. They were easy to get on the phone, they even followed up after everything was done to make sure I was happy. I have already recommended them to some of my friends as they are one of the best warranty providers I have used, I wouldn't trust anywhere else as much as I do TMO. If I could give 10 stars I would!

The service was done very well. The centre knew what the problem was and called me instantly what had happened. Managed to repair my bike and have bad no problems since.

I was actually very impressed with the great level of customer service I received from The Motoring Organisation. There was only a few days left on my warranty and I was worried that they may not take the claim, but they did without any arguments or stress. It was done quickly yet efficiently, I did have to pay for some of the work to be done, but I didn't mind.

I am more than happy with everything that has been done. I have had another unrelated fault come up on my vehicle so will be having to put in another claim soon, but luckily it is a really easy process to follow, I had no issues at all when I initially did it and in regard to the first issue I had everything is sorted to a high standard, so of course I'd be happy to use them as my warranty provider going forwards.
