The process was really good, I did have to chase up a couple of times for updates so feel there could definitely be some improvement there but apart from that TMO were great to deal with as a warranty company, they covered everything apart from some of the labour changes as they were quite experience so I understand. The car itself has been running perfect since I had it's timing belt replaced and it was done quickly which was a bonus.

Had my car for a couple of months before it broke down, the car ended up needing a whole new engine. When I spoke to the Warranty provider they were really helpful and quick to respond. Everything was explained clearly and any questions I had were answered in detail. Everything has been since been sorted and I am back on the road.

Everything went really well with TMO, everyone that I had contact with was fantastic to speak to. Really pleasant and willing to help. The only downside is I called up on the monday and they said the payment for the work would be in my bank by Friday. However I did have to chase this up and there was a delay. It has all gone through now but that is the only thing I would critic.

From when I first noticed the issue it took 3 days for it to get resolved. I called up the warranty provider, they had great communication and confirmed it was okay for me to take to the garage I had chose. There was no hassle at all, they paid the garage straightaway after the issue was fixed. I would definitely recommend this place for warranty I am actually going to look into extending mine based off the service I received.

Fairy good experience with TMO, I went directly through my dealer to get a clutch issue sorted. It did take longer than what I expected however, I am pleased with the work that was done, there was nothing that I needed to pay, it was all covered and since having my vehicle back everything is running perfectly! Giving 4 stars only due to the delay.

I went straight through the dealership where I got my vehicle from to get the issues sorted. They explained the whole process with TMO to me and made sure I was happy with everything. I had a coolant leak so I had to get the intercooler changed. Since having this done, I haven't had any warning lights or problems come up so I am actually quite happy with the service. It all went really smoothly, wasn't any trouble at all!
