I’m glad I took out this policy, the job was diagnosed, the part was ordered and the work was completed very quickly.

I found the claims process reasonable enough. I did take the car back to Skoda to have the repairs done, and I knew that they wouldn't cover the full labour charge. I feel their limit is a little bit unrealistic. But once I sent the invoice, they paid quickly enough.

Although the initial repair work wasn't successful, as I'm still having some issues. Both the dealership and The Motoring Organisation have been great at assisting me to get the issues sorted. There has been a part on back order for a while, and I'm due to take it back in on Saturday, so hopefully it will be sorted by then. These things happen, but I've got no complaints.

Perfect experience getting the repair work carried out for a Lambda sensor. I hardly had to do anything. I gave the car back to the dealership and within the same day, I got the car back. It's been spot on since.

My BMW was having issues recently, and after a diagnosis on my car, I found out that there was a problem with the M A P sensor. I went through my warranty, provided TMO to make a claim, and I found everything to be fairly straightforward. The M A P sensor was fixed on my BMW, and everything has been fine since, so I'm happy to score TMO 5 out of 5.

I had no problems whatsoever with The Motoring Organisation it was all positive, and there were no negatives. I spoke to the dealership where I bought my van from, and they gave me the details for the warranty provider to fix the problem with the master cylinder. They got me booked into a garage that was about 10 miles away from where I live, and the work was completed to my satisfaction. A five star service.

All thanks to my warranty company TMO the door control module has now been fixed on my Land Rover Evoque. I found the service to be quick and simple.
