Paying a £30 admin fee was definitely less eye-watering than the £500 cost of replacing my wiper motor. The claims process was easy/straightforward and the warranty company paid the garage directly. The car’s now fixed and running perfectly so I’ve got no complaints at all.

I'd give a score of 4 out of 5. Good service, quick response. Only down side for me was you wanted to fit reconditioned parts. I had to pay £300 on top of what you paid to make sure parts were new and genuine.

I’ve dealt with warranty claims before and honestly, they’ve always been a nightmare—so when I called TMO about the fault with my Ranger, I expected more of the same. How wrong was I? The Motoring Organisation were miles better! Their customer service was fantastic from the moment I picked up the phone, and the repair was sorted quickly and properly. I genuinely can’t recommend them enough.
