I'd give a score of 4 out of 5. Good service, quick response. Only down side for me was you wanted to fit reconditioned parts. I had to pay £300 on top of what you paid to make sure parts were new and genuine.

I’ve dealt with warranty claims before and honestly, they’ve always been a nightmare—so when I called TMO about the fault with my Ranger, I expected more of the same. How wrong was I? The Motoring Organisation were miles better! Their customer service was fantastic from the moment I picked up the phone, and the repair was sorted quickly and properly. I genuinely can’t recommend them enough.

4/5 for the replacement of my electric fuel pump via TMO.

The window regulator packed in on my Discovery right when it was pouring with rain — typical Sod’s Law! It turned into a bit of an emergency trying to get it sorted. I called The Motoring Organisation half expecting some hassle, but honestly it was the complete opposite. The young lad I spoke to on the phone was absolutely brilliant and they got things sorted as quickly as they could. The whole experience was far better than I’d expected, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

The Audi A3's the first car I’ve ever bought, so it was a bit disappointing when it had transmission issues early on. My local garage couldn’t fit me in for 5 weeks, so I had to put up with a constant beeping sound while driving which was really annoying! That said, it’s all sorted now and the car’s perfect. I genuinely love it! I can’t fault the warranty either and i'm really glad I had that in place. I’ve rated 4 stars mainly because of the delay, though I suspect it was more down to the garage being too busy than anything TMO did wrong.
