The car now drives perfectly, and we’re really happy with the professional work they carried out. They even managed to get us booked into a local garage, which was really convenient. The only slight downside was the 10-day wait for the part to arrive, but I understand that was out of anyone's control. Overall, excellent service, and I would definitely recommend this warranty provider.

I’m very satisfied with the recent work done on my Nissan Qashqai to fix a coil spring. I have a great relationship with the dealership, and they took care of everything for me through The Motoring Organisation. The process was seamless, and the work was completed within the timescales I was hoping for. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism. My engine warning light came on. I called TMO, who advised me to get the diagnostic report. The next day I went to my local garage, and the report said the EGR valve needed changing at approx. £300. I sent a photo of the report to TMO, and within 5 minutes I got approval of the repair by email and phone. I have to say this process was completely painless with great customer service.

For a warranty company I thought it was going to be a hard process when making my claim but it has been the opposite. I went through the warranty process myself and I thought it was a very simple process. The team were excellent with their assistance, and I'm very happy. I'm glad the heated seats were fixed quickly now that the cold weather is coming.

Harry in customer service was brilliant to deal with while I was claiming for my door latch. It was a mutual agreement between us that I would sort it out myself with my local garage, which made things easy for me, so I'm grateful for that but along the way he was very supportive and checked all the paperwork was in order. I wasn't going to take the warranty out but I'm glad I did and it did exactly what it said on the tin. The important thing is I can now close my door!

I've never had warranty on a vehicle before so this was my first time claiming on one but the lady who looked after my claim (who's name I forgot) was amazing at explaining everything. I wasn't sure what garage I could take my car to for the repairs, but she was able to point me in the direction of some local garages that would deal with the claim. It was all made very easy, and I didn't feel any resistance from the team not to not pay out.

All positive from my end about how the claim was handled. The dealership dealt with everything, which made it even more effortless and hassle-free. To be honest, the warranty company has been brilliant as they would regularly update the dealership of the progress. Since claiming my Audi A3 runs like a dream now. 5*! I'm glad I took out the warranty with the car, it's turned out to be one of the best decisions I made following the purchase. Very happy with the repairs.

Thankfully when making the claim for my oil filter housing it was a straight forward process and from the point of raising the issue to getting my car back, I thought it was a really quick process. I have another 6 months left on my warranty, but hopefully I won't have to use it.
