Noticing the A/C was faulty pretty much the day we collected the Vito wasn't ideal, especially as we were planning on driving it over to Cyprus. We didn't;t fancy boiling alive so took it straight back to where we'd bought it and let the dealer handle the warranty claim. Everything went smoothly and we made it out to Cyprus feeling nice and cool. No complaints & great value for money.

If you're considering taking our warranty cover with TMO, do it. The process of getting our VW Polo fixed was quick, efficient and stress-free. It's great to have added peace of mind that you've got all bases covered if/when things go wrong, which they generally do with used cars haha!

The starter motor failed on my Jeep Wrangler a few months after picking it up, so I looked through my paperwork to find that my warranty was provided by the motoring organisation. They were great from the moment I picked up the phone. I'd never had to make a claim before but the call handler was really helpful and answered all my questions. In hindsight I wish I'd not chosen to book in the repair with a main dealer as their hourly rates are extortionate, but that's a lesson learned for me for future reference. The whole process with the claim was great and I'd confidently use them again, although fingers crossed I won't need to!

TMO have been absolutely spot-on from the moment I picked up the phone to report the issue with my Scirocco. They got me booked in with a local approved repair garage within a day & talked me through every aspect of my claim & repair so everything was crystal clear. We'd had the Santa Fe for a couple of weeks when we noticed a knocking noise at the back. The roads are so bad where we live, it got progressively worse so we decided to get it checked out. We'd forgotten about our warranty so paid for the initial diagnosis ourselves. Turns out the rear suspension arm link had failed, so we contacted the dealership who sold us the car who reminded us about the warranty - Thank goodness! Everything's been fixed quickly and I'd definitely recommend the motoring organisation to others. We'll certainly be sticking with them in future.

TMO are a breath of fresh air. The last warranty I had on my previous car was a nightmare - They had me running from pillar to post collecting parts and made me foot the bill upfront before claiming it back which was less than ideal. This time around it was great! I chose a local garage to home, Brimlows, and my car was fixed within half a day. Excellent service & I'll definitely be sticking with them from now on.

Buying a used car, it's always good to know you have a warranty to fall back on should things go wrong. I ran into trouble when experiencing problems with my ABS, so having extended warranty in place with The Motoring Organisation gave me peace of mind. The whole process was straight-forward and my car was back on the road in no time. I've still got a fair few months left so at least I know if something else goes wrong, I'm covered.

My little Mokka had been running really well for just under 12 months before the alternator went bang. I'm so , so thankful I took out extended warranty as it proved invaluable. The dealership dealth with every aspect of my claim which was a relief as I work in an office without access to a mobile phone from 8-4 daily, so I was glad of their support. The whole process in getting my car fixed was super easy & I'm very satisfied. The warranty product from TMO is excellent and I'd recommend it to anyone buying a used car.

You don't really expect a coil spring to go on a relatively new Mercedes SLK, so when it did, I can't tell you how thankful I was to have my warranty in place. It got booked in and fixed within the same day, and The Motoring Organisations warranty product's proved to be worth its weight in gold.
