Positive experience with The PR7 Car Company, they have been nothing but helpful even when I had an issue with the tyre, they were quick to resolve. I was a little nervous to bring up the issue as felt I would get some resistance on this, however it was no hassle at all, they said they would cover it, and when I sent over the invoice I had the money back in my bank straight away. The initial buying process was also great, the staff were all friendly, couldn't have gone better.

From initial enquiry to purchasing car, both Mark and Lee were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend and purchase from them again.

The car was for my son, we went together to the dealership, it was all really easy, everything was done in the same day. No hassle at all. He is pleased with the car had no problems from what I've heard and we were both pleased with the service so can't complain.

This is the second car I have ever purchased, I was due an upgrade and went for the BMW 3 Series, honestly I couldn't be more pleased with it, such a great vehicle and just great to drive. Really pleased with my new car, it's perfect. Customer service was great they were really helpful, quick turnaround. 100% would use again. I came across them on Autotrader and saw that they were local which was ideal. When I saw the car in person everything was as pictured, nothing hidden from me. No complaints. 5 out of 5.

Car is smashing, I am very happy with it. It's a small dealership but the guys are great, they were friendly and helpful and there was no delays. The car had been cleaned spotlessly for me before I left with it. I have no complaints.

I have been using the car pretty much everyday since having it to commute to work and not had a single issue. I am really pleased with it. The customer service was perfect honestly. The staff were helpful and when I picked up the car it had been cleaned spotlessly for me. I'd give a 5/5 stars as I really can't fault.
