My daughter and I went to PR7 after a bad experience at another garage. We had bought a Suzuki Splash from another dealer and had nothing but issues in the 6 weeks she had the car, it was back to the dealer I shall not name 5/6 times. for that reason we were both quite dubious of buying from anywhere else. We have dealt with Mark throughout and as a salesman, he has been brilliant. His customer service is impeccable, he has been attentive before, during and after the sale. We had a minor issue with the passenger window which sorted itself out but Mark all the same was very quick to offer support and a resolution. the car itself aside from the minor issue is really good, seems to be running very well and is completely contrasting to the experience we had elsewhere. Thank you for everything Mark and the rest of the PR7 team for looking after us so well.

The PR7 Car Company have been excellent, no messing, straight to the point sales without any pushy or high-pressure sales tactics, The to the point sales really suits me and I am very happy to have dealt with the owner of PR7 directly. The car was for my wife, it's a RR Discovery, not my kind of car but she is incredibly happy with it and we have had no issues so, I will happily be back to PR7 and highly recommend them.

I really enjoy dealing with small garages, the reason being they trade on their reputation, the dealers who aren't customer focus and don't take pride in the cars they sell don't survive and after dealing with Mark and Jamie, I can see why The PR7 Car Company are thriving. The dealership has a very nice family orientated feel to it, upon arrival the car was presented really nicely which I was very impressed with and when I have noticed an issue which in this case was a bulge in the bodywork, PR7 went halves on the repair. I have been looking for this particular car for a good while, I love the fact it has both the digital dash and heads up display which is a rare combination nowadays. If I was to pull any criticism, the lads wouldn't budge on the price however, it's a great car which I am enjoying and the value for money is certainly there too.

The car is gorgeous, the service is exceptional and both Mark and Jamie were really really great to talk to and do business with. I really like small, family run garages and The PR7 Car Company seem like the perfect example of a small garage punching well about it's weight in the service they offer and the quality of cars. I do have a small issue with the car however, my incredibly comprehensive warranty I am confident with cover this.

Everything has been really good, it's been a real joy dealing with Mark and The PR7 Car Company, I bought a Citroen C1 as I had the very same car before my accident. I loved my old C1, PR7 had a very good condition, low millage and high specked C1 ready and waiting for me. It's been absolutely perfect since I got it home, there were a couple thing I had noticed which Mark sorted out for me straight away. I couldn't rate any less than full marks.

I am really impressed with the service from The PR7 Car Company. I have had numerous bad experience with other dealerships and car supermarkets. PR7 have raised and set the bar for every car sales purchase going forward. The Skoda Karoq seemed like the best choice for me as it ticked every box in terms of size, performance and comfort crossed with luxury, it's top spec as well so comes with all the bells and whistles I wanted. Really happy and really impressed.

Brilliant, I am really happy with the PR7 Car Company and Mark especially for his exceptional customer service. Mark has been very good start to finish and made the whole experience one to remember. I have had lots of Audi TT's, I settled on another as it is low millage, good price and automatic so ticked all the box's which I required from a car.

Everything with The PR7 Car Company in Chorley was done over the phone with Jamie because I live in London so I did not travel to see the car in Person. Jamie was really helpful and sent me a video of the car and it looked in perfect condition, he also answered any questions which I had and he went through everything with me in detail. My new Mini was delivered within the time that they said it would and it was in amazing condition and it was valeted to a very high standard. It was a very smooth transaction which left me extremely impressed with the service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
