This is my first car, I passed my test in my country and never drove so getting my first car over here was exciting and a little scary. I am really happy with the car and was also really happy with the team and customer service. It was a very friendly, professional and pleasant experience to go through. I am really happy with my new VW Sharan, it got lots of room which is perfect for me and my family. There are a couple minor electrical bits which The Small Car Company are helping me resolve. The staff were really helpful and informative. My car has been great but I've had a couple of issues with my car. However these issues have been dealt with really well with the garage. I need to bring it back for a check on another part but it's been dealt with efficiently and efficiently before!

There has been minimal issues, only a slight issue with the mirrors however, the team have been very quick to help me push this through the warranty process. I really like Ford as a manufacturer, the cars are affordable, reliable and look really good too. I have had exclusively Ford cars for the last 15 years and I couldn't imagine having anything else. Coin has been great too, he let me test drive the car prior to making a decision and let me decide in my own time without it feeling pressured. He helped me with evaluating and part exchanging m old car and I was happy with the price I was offered. I did feel when there was an issue after the sale I wasn't kept in the loop as well as I could have been however, the issue is in hand and when I chased up they had already made progress in getting it sorted.
