The small car company is the place to go soooo helpful and friendly really helped me out and didn't take advantage knowing I'm clueless which was so nice, had I gone elsewhere I know I wouldn't have been treated as good as I was. Thank you the genuine and honest service I will be back when I want to upgrade this one!

Couldn't be happier with my A3, on collection it smelt like a new car and looked ever so shiny and clean. In regards to the customer service side there is nothing bad I can say. They all went above and beyond and I could even hear comments from other customers about how polite the staff were there. Very good set of people down at The Small Car Company very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects. The car came with a few minor issues but they sorted it fast and effectively so couldn't be happier. Its not often you're helped after the sale so it was a breath of fresh air dealing with this dealer, they were on hand to help with anything even after the sale!

Very pleased with the whole sale from start to finish, the team were very helpful and warm and welcoming. We felt relaxed the whole time and there was no pressure to buy. We came away with a gorgeous Golf and are extremely pleased with it. Cant fault a single thing, highly recommended!
