This has to be the best customer service I have received from any dealership. All of the staff treat you like a friend and not a customer, everyone was really helpful from start to finish. I purchased my Audi Q5 from this dealership as I was in the market for a big car but now I'm in the market for a smaller car and I have already taken a look on their website to purchase one from here. This dealership needs to be recognised by more people. I couldn't recommend them enough. I would give 10/10 if I could.

The car is currently up in Aberdeen with my wife at the moment, but the car runs really well. The car has been on a couple of long trips since I purchased it and I don't have any complaints, the wife loves it as well. We travelled 2 hours to view the car and it was well worth the trip. The team couldn't have done enough for us, they were very accommodating to my wife and kid after the long trip down. Everything ran like clockwork and the car was ready on the exact day they said it would be, no complaints from me.

I've only ever purchased 1 car from a dealership, so I don't have too much experience to compare. However, the team really made it very easy and they kept me in the loop with everything from when the car finance to the day of collection, they couldn't of done enough for me. I only use the car on weekends as I have a company car in the week but for the time I have driven it, it runs well.

I had an successful trip to The Small Car Company and got my self a pretty good car, I went for the VW Polo and it all ran like clock work. The timing of the process was on on point and the hand over went smoothly. I went for there Polo as I have wanted one for a while, the one that the Small Car Company had in stock was stunning and in great condition, there is no way I could've said no.
