I have purchased two cars from the Trade Centre, and both times I have had no issues with them. The only criticism I have is that I think the salesmen need to have a bit more knowledge about the cars, as I bought an electric car and was told the range was 100 miles longer than it actually was. However, the staff who work on the forecourt are always very helpful.

Since purchasing the BMW 318 Sport, I use it every day to travel to and from work, and it has been perfect. All of the staff were on hand to help where needed.

When I initially went to the Trade Centre, I was happy with the service. They helped me find the right car, as I can only drive an automatic. After the purchase, I have had a few issues, which I am currently working through with the aftersales team to get resolved. I would have hoped for more communication regarding the pricing of the car, but I would still give it a four-star rating.

Customer service was brilliant. It took about 4 hours, but it was worth it. Everyone was polite, helpful, and lovely to deal with. I've had the Vauxhall Mokka since June and I’m happy with it. The handbrake isn’t the best, and it’s not as efficient on petrol as I thought it would be, but it drives fine and has been good so far.

Recently I got a Renault Kadjar and it's been a lovely car, drives well and everything seems fine overall. Really happy with it. The only issue has been trying to get hold of the after sales team to get my alloys sorted but still waiting to hear back. Other than that, everything else has been great.

I got a Corsa from The Trade Centre UK (Rotherham) and at the moment I've had absolutely no issues with the car, I’m 100% happy with it. At the time I wasn’t passed, so I couldn’t test drive it, but since passing, it’s been brilliant. The process itself took some time, but that’s just how it goes. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly, and overall, it was a great experience. Only reason for 4 stars is the time it took but otherwise, no complaints at all.

I would award a 4 for you i found it a bit overbearing and pushy the first time we came but a lot slower the second time when i mentioned it to ajay he was really helpful the after sale took over 3 hours for filter and oil change very frustrating hanging about waiting

4 the purchase went fine but unfortunately the car developed a fault which we are still in the process of getting repaired.

The sales service was fantastic, the staff were brilliant, and there were no faults there. Whilst the vehicle itself is fine, there is an intermittent light that keeps coming on. Found dealing with the aftersales team straightforward, I put in an enquiry on the website and was phoned back the next day and booked in.

Had a really good experience when buying from the trade centre, the staff were really helpful and it went smoothly, so no complaints.
