Happy with everything about the Trade Centre. I found them because they are local to me, and I went for a Vauxhall Viva SE AC. I went on a test drive, it was short and sweet, but it was all I needed to know I wanted the car. It was a quick process, and there was no messing around.

Been using the car everyday since I got it, I've already done a couple 1000 miles in it, I've had no issues at all. The service was absolutely brilliant. A young lad helped me on the day he was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I will absolutely be going back in the future.

I haven't been out in my new Audi A3 much yet, as I’ve been away on holiday. However, the customer service I received from the staff was great. It was a very quick process, the car was all clean and valeted for me, and I am happy with the overall experience.

I have already recommended The Trade Centre to two people who are going this weekend to look at cars. I bought the car for my wife, but we have both been using it and really enjoying it. The customer service was spot-on; there was no pushiness at all, and we felt really accommodated by the whole team. The car itself looked like a new car out of the showroom. It even had that clean, new car smell. We were very impressed and will only be using The Trade Centre going forward.

I don't usually give 5 out of 5, but I have to with The Trade Centre. I went to get a new vehicle as mine had been written off, and I had so many options to choose from. I went for a Mercedes-Benz A 180 D AMG Line Premium, and although I've only had the chance to drive it on weekends since I’m a truck driver, I am thoroughly enjoying it so far. The staff at the dealership were all perfect. The guy who helped me answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about all the cars, and there was also a lady who, again, was really helpful and polite. I am very pleased with the customer experience they provided.

I went down to the trade center with nothing in mind regarding what car I wanted. There was a great selection of cars to choose from, you're spoiled for choice at this dealership. I went for a Nissan Qashqai, and so far, so good. Everything is perfect with the vehicle. I can't remember the name of the person who helped me on the day, but he and all the staff were brilliant, everyone was spot-on. I took the car home the same day, and they made sure it was washed and valeted for me. I would definitely go back again and recommend it to anyone looking to change their vehicle.

I needed a new car, and I had driven past The Trade Centre quite a few times as I live locally. I was pleased with the service that was provided. Hussain really showed great customer service. My father suffers from a bad knee, and Hussain got a golf cart ready for us to go around in. It was great customer service and showed me that, although they are a big dealership, they still really care about the customer experience. I also found the turnaround was quick, the dealership was presentable, and all the cars were tidy and placed in the right locations. I am very thankful to the team, and I am loving the car, no issues at all.

I bought a Mini One Classic from The Trade Centre. I haven’t actually used it at all yet, apart from driving it back, but the drive back was smooth, and it seems to be a great car. I did feel a little pushed by the finance team at the dealership. It seemed she wouldn’t take no for an answer and just kept pushing for me to change my mind regarding my finance decisions. However, the guy who sold me the car and helped me initially was brilliant and really stood out, as well as quite a few other staff members I came across. I am happy with the condition of the car, and apart from that one hiccup, everything was done to a good standard.

Brilliant experience at The Trade Centre. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for, but Joe helped out by showing me cars similar in style to what I’ve had, and he took on board everything I said regarding what I was looking for. I went for a Fiat 500 Pop, and I am really enjoying it so far. It has a similar engine size to my Ford KA, which I had previously. I would highly recommend The Trade Centre. It was recommended to me by others who had also purchased from here, and I now know why.

Excellent service provided by Lewis, he is friendly and helpful and really made it an easy and quick process. Everything so far is going well with my new Mazda and I have had no issues with the vehicle so far, I am waiting for a parcel shelf to be fitted by the dealership but hopefully this will be done soon. Other than that there was no waiting around and I am happy with the service that I received on the day.
