Happy with my new vehicle, I would say the customer service was bang on all the staff were friendly and helpful, the turnaround was as quick as it could be and it was all in all a positive experience. I can't fault them.

I went with my kids to choose a new car as they would not let me get one without their approval first haha. It was such a great day and all the staff were so accommodating even providing us with bottles of water. We had a look around and tried out a few different cars. My daughter liked the Tesla but it was not for me. In the end we went for the Vauxhall Crossland. It is a great car it drives really well it is comfortable and the kids approve. The only issue we have had is that the front passenger tyre blew out. This was because the tyres were filled with too much air. They were meant to be 30 psi but had been filled to 37 psi. It did scare us when it blew out and there was a tennis ball sized hole in the tyre. However I cannot fault the service from the staff. If I could give them ten stars I would. I have since put a new tyre on and checked the rest so hopefully it is all smooth from here onwards.

I do have some feedback for The Trade Centre. The initial car we purchased was returned because we felt it did not meet our specific requirements. We were looking for a car with a certain mileage and the most up to date smart screens. When you visit The Trade Centre if you are not very knowledgeable about cars or do not know exactly what you are looking for it can be hard to figure out what meets your needs. Because of this we felt we needed a salesperson with us at all times otherwise we would have been a bit lost. The first salesperson we had did not seem very knowledgeable about the cars and this unfortunately led to us choosing a car we were not actually happy with in the end. However the manager was great. We returned the car within the 28 days and he handled everything very professionally. There were no issues with the return. Of course it would have been better to get the right car the first time but he was very helpful. We were back to square one looking at cars and this time the salesperson we had was much more clued up and was able to help us a lot more. We found the car we wanted and it was a much better experience overall. We have been really happy with the car so far so I have no complaints. As some advice for future customers I think it is best to know which specific car you are looking for or at least which cars have the features and requirements you have before visiting. This will make the whole process a lot smoother. In terms of improvements for The Trade Centre I feel the website could be more up to date and include a better search function where you can filter by specific requirements but still keep it easy to use. That would make a big difference for customers because they could narrow things down before even coming in. I also feel it is important for the staff to have strong knowledge about the cars they are selling and if a customer does need more help or guidance that this is recognised and supported. Overall I did find all the staff to be friendly and I do believe they were all doing their best. We are very appreciative of the manager who helped us. These are just some suggestions that I think would make the whole experience smoother from start to finish.

I had the car within 4 hours. I made an appointment to view it, and I was really pleased when I saw it. It was exactly as described and pictured. I knew it was the one for me. Four hours later, I was driving it home. Everything was done quickly yet efficiently, making it a really smooth, easy, and enjoyable process. The car wasn’t perfectly valeted, but I can’t fault them for this as I didn’t expect a deep clean since I was taking the car home the same day. It was still lovely and clean. Anything I needed was sorted promptly. The only feedback I have is about the communication between departments. After I was home and had purchased the car, someone called me asking if I was still looking for a car. This has happened a few times, so I feel there is a lack of communication or system updates, which could be easily improved. That being said the actual customer service was super quick so thank you.

I have had a Ford in the past, and after having a Golf for a while, which was fine, I found it just didn't feel as reliable as a Ford does. I went down to The Trade Centre after finding a Ford Mondeo I liked the look of. I have to say, I have never seen a car dealership inside a warehouse before and it was fantastic. All the staff were great. Every member of staff I spoke to was knowledgeable. Not one of them was pushy or rushing to make a sale. I do feel sorry for them having to walk around with me to find the car. Their legs must kill after working all day, haha! Honestly, spot-on service and a top team of people. The car itself, I absolutely love. I use it every weekday to go to and from work, and for errands at the weekend. When I first drove it away, a small issue came up with the brakes which caused several warning lights to appear on the dashboard. I brought it back, and the staff immediately took care of it. They already had the part in stock, asked me to wait twenty minutes, and sorted everything out on the spot. Since then, the car has been perfect and I have had no issues at all. It is an amazing car and I will always recommend a Ford. I would also highly recommend The Trade Centre for their excellent customer service and support.

Everything is going well with my car. The team were really good, very friendly and accommodating, and they provided great customer service. The car was valeted and prepared for me before I left. I did feel the price was a bit high for the vehicle, but the team did everything I asked for, so I understand. Overall, I am enjoying my new car.

First time using Trade centre, they are a big dealership so thought I'd give it a go. I was really pleased with the service, there was a little bit of a delay but nothing that was of concern or to complain about. It was a really simple process, there was no hassle while purchasing. Everyone was very helpful and took time to keep us informed. Very happy with the car we drove away in. Thank you
