This was my first time getting a car from TTC and it was a pretty seamless process to be honest. There was a bit of a mix up when it came to getting the keys because it was advertised with 2 keys but I only had one but TTC arranged for another key to be cut, only for them to have found the second key. I also had to put fuel in the car as it didn't come with any, but otherwise it went well. The car has been on a couple of good trips to Liverpool and it's been alright.

Thank you to the team at TTC, everyone was great to deal with. I've had my Vauxhall Corsa for a month now and it's been all good. It's been used daily for my commute to work and I haven't had any problems with it.

I traded in my Peugeot 2008 which was an older model and a diesel for a slightly newer/ petrol engine and so far it's going well. Everyone who I spoke to at the Rochdale branch was outstanding to deal with, and when it came to the paperwork I felt everything was clearly explained.

5 star experience at the Rochdale branch. I had to contact the team due to having an issue with the car but they were great at getting the car in and sorting the issue. There were no delays when getting the car back and they made the process really easy.

Initially I noticed a couple of issues with the car that I've made the team aware of, but I haven't had the time to run it back to the dealership, like the washer jets don't work and there's a tyre pressure light. Overall though the car hasn't been too bad, and mechanically it seems alright. The customer service I received was top-notch, there was no pressure and it was just an easy/ painless experience.

My rating is 4 everyone was helpful and we had a bit of banter all in all very good.

I was very satisfied with Trade Centre Rochdale and would rate the overall experience as 5. All the staff were most helpful especially the young man who actually sold me the car. I'm so sorry I can't remember his name! Brad was very helpful too. I told some friends how impressed I was and they'd actually got their new car from you several weeks before. Well done!

We've done about 1000 miles in the car so far and everything's running really well. The staff at Trade Centre Rochdale provided great customer service and took their time to make sure we understood everything clearly. Anything we were unsure of, they clarified which meant a lot to us.

My step-daughter was learning to drive, so we decided to head down to our local branch of the Trade Centre in Rochdale. They've got a huge amount of vehicle makes and models to choose from, so we helped to guide her towards those that were best suited to first time drivers. The staff were great and dead friendly. They pre-warned us we could be there a while, but we didn't expect to be there all day, which is why I've marked my rating down slightly. I'd still return though, as the staff were really lovely.
