Only reason for not giving 5 out of 5 is because I thought the wait time to get the paperwork complete took a little to long. I have no complaints about the rest of the sale, it all went okay.

So far everything is going great with my T-Roc, it's been perfect. I've managed to use it a bit and I've not had any issues. I actually went back to TTC yesterday because the car was due for a service and it all went well. There was no delays getting the service done. 4 stars just because everything went as you would expect.

Such an easy stress free process! Ryan was so great at showing me around the show room, giving me advice on my options and giving me time to get on with looking around. Wasif and Rabiha Were both so wonderful when coming to finalising my car purchase and collection of the vehicle! Sophie was amazing at keeping in contact with me throughout the whole process!! Overall such a lovely experience and such a friendly team!! I love my new car thank you guys!! Would highly recommend:)

Initially I had to take the car back on the same day I purcahsed it for a suspension issue, so I was without a car for the weekend and although I though the communication could of been better, they did well to get the issue sorted. Since getting the car back it's been all good.

Other than needing to book my car in for a service and to check why my back window wiper isn't working, my Ford C-Max Zetec is all fine. I've been to TTC a few times, and to be honest, I've never had any issues with the dealership. Like always, the customer experience was spot on, the team was really good to deal with.

I've had my Kia Sportage since April and it's been a good car. This was my first time visiting the Rochdale branch, and I'd say the process was perfectly fine.

My rating would of been 5 stars but I still haven't received my floor matts that I paid for before taking the car away and after several attempts to contact someone from the dealership, I've not been able to get through to anyone. But before this I thought the service was great. Everyone was helpful, polite and the only pressure that was applied throughout the sale was from me. I love the car, I just want to find out when I can except to receive what I've paid for.

Customer service I received from The Trade Centre UK (Rochdale) was satisfactory, and I think everything went well. I do just need to bring my car back to get a tyre pressure sensor light looked at but after checking all my tyres, non of them seem to be losing air, hopefully it is just a sensor. Otherwise, the Audi is all right.
